This is the worst store of Hyundai dealer on Stevens Creek Blvd . Even then they laughed as they jerked us around telling us the check was there, us driving out and waiting for an hour, them telling us its not there yet. This went on several times, all the while they sit behind the glass where you can see them laughing at you. WORSE EVER. Should be out of business. More
My money got stolen from my wallet. I was here today for my car Recall service and as usual, i parked my car for inspection and the gentleman who was inspecting the car after inspection asked me to walk to my car Recall service and as usual, i parked my car for inspection and the gentleman who was inspecting the car after inspection asked me to walk to the office to register myself. Without realizing that i forgot my wallet in the center console I started walking to the office but within few seconds i realized that i left my wallet in the car so i rushed back to car which was being parked by the same gentleman to a parking spot, when i reached the car that gentleman came out a bit panicked which made me doubt as i was walking back to the office with my purse i checked my wallet and $200 were gone. I went back to the same gentleman and asked politely if he has taken the money then this is the time he gives me back and i won't complain but he denied. I then approached the manager and before he could speak to me the same gentleman had some talk in a closed room with the manager and the manager came out to me and listen to the problem. Without any help he straight away said that he cannot do anything, his employee doesn’t steal and he is not going to give me $200. Wow, I felt like I did not accuse anyone yet of stealing as I did not have proof and was just asking to check the camera footage and then he says the cameras do not work since 2009 when they took over the building, and that's it. I called 911 but the officer was also not able to help as i did not have proof that I had $200 in my wallet and I cannot prove that my money was stolen. I am going to definitely complain to Hyundai about it but looking at the attitude of the manager I am never walking back here again Please be careful guys More
I've never met a worse salesman in my life. I'm driving to different dealerships to get numbers to compare with what I will end up buying. We looked at a couple of cars which he kept asking about the colo to different dealerships to get numbers to compare with what I will end up buying. We went inside and when I asked him about numbers he said, Are you buying the car today? I said no, but if your numbers work out I'll be back... his answer to me??? Go look online all the information is there! Really???? So you can't give me any numbers to work with,? No, go online! I will tell EVERYONE I know NOT TO GO TO YOUR DEALERSHIP!!! WORST customer service I've ever seen!! ps I've owned 3 businesses, been in customer service all my life AND worked at a dealership for 3 years... go teach your salesmen how to do their job... and btw, your sales area is old and disgusting!! High Mark UP of MSRP + extremely poor customer treatment I was researching the 2020 Kona EV Ultimate and called into the dealership for information, including about financing and leasing - could not get any I was researching the 2020 Kona EV Ultimate and called into the dealership for information, including about financing and leasing - could not get any over the phone, they insisted that we come in. We did and test-drove the car (nice car). But then, when we asked for the financing and leasing details, indicating that we will not make a purchase on the spot but need to go home and crunch the numbers, we were frozen for over half an hour and then given some outrageous quotes that basically said "Go Away!". This dealership feels that the above model is "hot" and warrants $7000 OVER MSRP (yes! you read that correctly - i.e. $9000 over invoice!!). That is a total of $55K which is equal to top of the line Tesla 3. Then the lease (36 months, 10K miles annual, $5000 down payment) was quoted as $912/month (including 9.25% local sales tax). The loan (again. $5000 down payment) was quoted at $756 / month (72 months). Please compare with Tesla 3 Long Range (322 miles compared to the 258 for the Kona) purchase price $48,490 (available on their web site - no games no horse trading), with same down payment ($5200) the lease is $506/month or a 72 months loan(after $5k down) is $689/month. So, if you are looking for the old style opaque process where you are being reeled in to pay without the benefit of comparing and making educated decisions, use this dealership. Otherwise - go to a place where your intelligence is better respected. More

Then two days later I still see the vehicle advertised on the web so I decided to call, then was told that it is there. Tried to get information and give them my trade information, and if it worked I would give them a deposit over the phone to hold because I'm two hours away and didn't want to waste a trip in case the car wasn't there or waste my time with some salesman giving me the run around, but I didn't have too.. unfortunately that's exactly what I got. Three days and two sales people later still the run around with no answers! They kept saying "we're very busy with clients" and also too busy asking what my credit score is when I told them I'm a cash buyer, and yet would not provide final numbers or clear on what their fees are? Always giving me some story, I got this from two salesman, David and Daniel. I called again asking to speak with a Sales Manager figuring that maybe the Manger would take selling cars more seriously and he would give my inquiry and information to a salesman with more time on their hands, but when you call back another salesman picks up and refuses to transfer the call to a Manager and wants me to start the entire process again when I'm already in their system....., that's how I got to the second sales person, promised he would help me, when I told him which car I was interested in on their inventory, I once again was given the run around, I think they no longer have the car and just want me to drive for two hours to convince me on another vehicle or something, I'm so confused..... I don't want another vehicle I called about the Black Jeep Grand Cherokee they have on their lot, I'm not a Hyundai customer, and at this point they have left a very sour taste in my mouth to want to move forward with anything when it didn't even start, sad really. It appears their approach is to exhaust the customer and take the fun out of buying a car, and they succeeded, congratulations to David and Daniel the two sales people I've spoken with and neither could provide the information so I make the drive and buy the car.
