Ripped off on a perfectly fine tire and rim replacement This dealership received 23000.00 from me december 2016 for a pre owned Veloster 2015 turbo r spec with almost 19000 miles only on it since my paid in This dealership received 23000.00 from me december 2016 for a pre owned Veloster 2015 turbo r spec with almost 19000 miles only on it since my paid infull payment for the car and a 3000.00 extended warranty also paid in full i took car in approx one and half months after my purchase for my hitting a large pot hole on freeway for ASSESSMENT only of tire and rim on front passenger side of car and a authorized only front wheel alignment since i said assess only clearly to theyre service technician multiple times with witnesses as proof of this tge service technician tells me he had ordered the new tire and rim but nwmever said assessment was notdone as i requested first he orderred both for car and i trusted they had assessed first since i was insiatent muktiple times that it was done first with wheel alignment only thing i pre authorized so i paid three weeks after bringing vehicle in for assessing first only of tire and rim. It cost me 882.00while on disability and limited income then after i got home with invoice inotice service tech had justified the unecessary tire and rim parts and labor by saying first.that i said i wanted them both replaced never said assess first thats a lie and service manager Mike back service tech Eric Yeager up on his lies and so did general sales manager Mike Loppreta there on his lies and also on the disrespect and rude behavior of his servicw manager Mike as well tge tech said my tire was punctured and rim bent i asked for old tire and rim tire not punctured at all and rim not bent Mike Lopretta personally had me drop off rim and confirmed the rim not bent and still said no refund and said to follow thru with a false claim to cal trans on damages to tire and rim which i will not do this is the worst car buying experience i ever had and highly reccomend not going here for your purchase of a vehicle or for service to your vehicle i would highly suggest going to capital hyundai much better dealership more benefts to purchasing pre owned better people and treatment and well worth going to. More
