I brought the car in today for a L.OF. and tire rotation? I had made an appointment the week before . When I should up at 9:50 AM I waited 40 minutes to talk to a service advisor who told me it would be the end of the day before they would be done. BTW when i made the appointment they told me I could wait and the it would take 20 minutes to an hour. Not Happy Ace the Service writer was nice and apologetic for the situation but also said it was the norm More

You may h Save yourself some frustration and go somewhere else. I would suggest driving to the Fremont Dodge or the Boardwalk dodge in Redwood City... You may have better luck. This "business" provides terrible customer service. In November I paid $60,000.00 for a 2018 Durango R/T. The sales process was what everyone expects from a car sales process, therefore, I don't have any complaints about the ACTUAL sale of the automobile, but that's the extent of my satisfaction with this place. Upon the finalization of the sale, they could not adequately wash my vehicle and remove some adhesive from the body of the vehicle itself. They were unable to rewash the vehicle at that time, so they asked me to return. I scheduled time out of my day to do so in which they rewashed the car and still did not remove all the adhesive. I understand that it is not about removing the adhesive (I did it myself)... It was more about the idea of being able to take care of a minor detail that I would think was important when making a significant purchase. I cleaned it myself and hoped I was done with it. Less than 2 months in, my driver side seat began to creak whenever I hit a bump or accelerated/decelerated. I scheduled an appointment on Feb 7th and brought the car in. They acknowledged the issue and said there was some plastic rubbing against some metal that they "shimmed down" and put foam between. It did not sound like a permanent solution to me, but they said it would work. on 2/9 I realized that now my seat memory was not holding the driver's settings. Also, I got an alert through my system that claimed there was "Engine System Malfunction. The vehicle onboard diagnostic system has detected a malfunction" I called again to make another appointment. When I explained to the rep what was happening, he said they could not reproduce the issue and asked if I just wanted to ignore the issue. Understandably I said no, I don't want to ignore it and he replied by saying it could take up to a month to diagnose and asked if I was alright waiting. I explained that I felt that was ridiculous but they would have to provide me a rental car for the amount of the time that they would have the car. He said they would not do that. This is when Yolanda stepped in, she explained they would run a diagnosis and we would go from there. As it turns out, they fixed the seat memory issue, and the "Alert" is a known issue that has to do with the Radio. (I got it in writing). I took the car back. Now the seat squeaking is back. I tried to call the service department and got sent to voicemail twice, then put on hold and eventually transferred to voicemail again. I called and left the message with the General Manager and have yet to hear back from him. A friend of the family is looking to switch to Dodge 2 of his leases and needless to say, unless something changes drastically, I am steering him WAY clear of this place. If you value your time, energy, effort, sanity. It is worth the drive to another dealership. The only decent experience I have had since the purchase was with Yolanda who is the only person that seems like she actually cares. I very much hope this can be resolved. More
Avoid this dealer My wife and I have purchased 2 vehicles from Stevens Creek Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I've been attempting to collect a refund check for the unused portion My wife and I have purchased 2 vehicles from Stevens Creek Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I've been attempting to collect a refund check for the unused portion of a car warranty from SCJDR since March 1st 2017 and have been unsuccessful. The dealership has been unresponsive, has not returned my calls and has avoided meeting with me in person on repeated visits. I've escalated the issue to the Finance manager Edwin Ternian who told me he's only the "middle man" and could not assist me. I'd strongly advise anyone thinking of purchasing a new Chrysler product to avoid this dealership at all costs and look elsewhere. They are eager to sell you a new vehicle and quick to take your money but will provide zero support or assistance post sale. More
Gross Incompetence To say that this dealership is grossly incompetent is truly understating the extent to which they lack any common courtesy, customer service, and, qui To say that this dealership is grossly incompetent is truly understating the extent to which they lack any common courtesy, customer service, and, quite frankly, general competence. My husband bought a *BRAND NEW* Jeep from this atrocious dealership in July of 2016 and, since then, it has been riddled with issues. The process of buying the car alone should have been an indication as to how poorly managed this "business is." Shortly after buying the car, there was an electrical issue that took several days to resolve, so our *brand new* car was undrivable. Most recently, the thermostat in our, again, *BRAND NEW CAR* needs replaced. Several weeks ago, they ordered the part and my husband scheduled an appointment for a Saturday with the person whom is in charge of scheduling appointments. We get there at 9:00AM and they state that no one is there to install the new thermostat, even though the woman that scheduled the appointment assured us it'd be done, so a new appointment had to be made that following Thursday. On Thursday, my husband dropped the car off and was told it'd be done by around 3. He received a call around 4:00 that the car was not yet done, despite having had it all day, and that it could be picked up the next day (today). My husband received a call today and was told that it STILL wasn't done and the car is not yet fixed, but it could be done tomorrow, even though we were told before that they don't do installations on Saturdays. Regardless, we are going out of town and can't wait YET AGAIN for the car to be fixed. In summation, AVOID THIS "DEALERSHIP" AT ALL COSTS!!! They're incredibly incompetent, have shady business practices, and don't value customer service. It's infuriating that one can spend so much money on a car only to receive this level of ineptitude and general complacency toward doing the right thing. Seriously, DO NOT GO HERE. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. More

Worst repair experience ever My Jeep Grand Cherokee has been in the service dept. for almost 6 weeks and is still not fixed. It just needed some relatively minor suspension repair My Jeep Grand Cherokee has been in the service dept. for almost 6 weeks and is still not fixed. It just needed some relatively minor suspension repairs and is still not done. My service advisor, Max, is completely incompetent and helpful. He has never once returned my call or called when he said he would to update me on its progress. I have been given 4 completion dates over the past 2 weeks and it is still not done. Having owned many different makes of cars in my 40 + years f driving I can honestly say this is the absolute worst car service experience ever. I would urge anyone thinking of using them to go somewhere else. More
Two months for appointment??!! Overpriced, slow. AVOID I've had three Jeeps in the last five years and had all of them serviced here because this dealer is close to my house. I gave them a very poor rating I've had three Jeeps in the last five years and had all of them serviced here because this dealer is close to my house. I gave them a very poor rating because 1) it takes more than two months to get an appointment when you need any diagnostic or repair, under warranty or not doesn't matter (go to their online reservations or give them a call to test this yourself!) 2) they don't seem to stock many standard parts as I have had to leave my vehicle for a few days to get standard belt/hose/sparkplug servicing, 3) as with many others they suggest a whole laundry list of things they can do to prevent problems but I've come away with a couple thousand dollars of preventative maintenance and they never fixed the problem I went in for, 4) they are not competitive in pricing. I just bought a brand new Grand Cherokee Summit with options (list $60,000) and they were $9,000 more expensive than another Jeep dealer where I ended up buying from, PLUS, they offered me $2,000 less than the trade-in amount I received at the other dealer. Lastly, #5) while the service writers seem to have a mechanical background so they can relate to the service issue you are trying to get addressed (I've worked extensively on my own cars for 35+ years so know xx from the front line writers) they are friendly but impossible to reach once you leave the site. Cell phone number or voice mail it doesn't matter. If you had to leave the vehicle for any length of time you likely won't know the status (other than a request to spend more money) until the cashier calls you to come in and pick it up, elsewise you are in the dark for days even after calling numerous times. Overall, this is a very imbalanced dealership...they have gobs of new vehicles they are pushing off the lot without regard for the fact that their back end service, after the sale, is a real hoax because of a volume they can't get anywhere near to supporting. I agree with the other commentator's view...they have soured me on the brand and the manufacturer ought to penalize Stevens Creek Chrysler Jeep Dodge for their terribly dismal performance and ability in customer service needs. It's been ab I waited a few weeks to write this review. I wanted a chance to cool down and give this dealership an opportunity to make things right. It's been about a month since my visit and I am still frustrated. I would not recommend this dealership. In fact, stay as far away as possible. You don't have to read too many of the reviews here to see why. This was my experience. We knew the model and style of car we wanted, but they did not have it in stock. After describing what we wanted, the sales manager presented us with a spec sheet for a car that fit the bill. In fact, this car had more features than we were originally looking for. We negotiated a price based on the spec list. I thought we had a fair deal. Fast-forward a few days when I was to pick up the car. It's missing 3 key features that were on the spec list. I specifically remember one feature because I didn't want it, but the other features made up for it. I've called multiple times, being hung-up on once, and getting nowhere with any of the staff. I don't like to give negative reviews, but I have never been so frustrated with any purchasing process in my life. Some words I would use to describe my experience: fraud, bait and switch, deceitful, and painful. I don't know about you, but this is not how purchasing a car should feel. More
