I had a terrible experience two years in a row. I bought a multi-year oil change package a few years ago. Last year the car seemed totally fine to drive but the engine warning light was on so I tol I bought a multi-year oil change package a few years ago. Last year the car seemed totally fine to drive but the engine warning light was on so I told them about it, and they told me they needed to remove various parts in the trunk to check. They found nothing wrong with the engine and I ended up paying nearly $6000 just to reset the warning light. ridiculous. This year I was recommended various services by a different rep but I didn't feel any issues at all with my car, so I asked him to just do an oil change. He looked clearly disappointed. Then he said they could finish the oil change in 3 hours if I waited 3 hours on site but if not it would take 2 days. I told him would be back in 3 hours but he said that was not possible and they could do the work only if I waited 3 hours on site, but not come back later. So I decided to leave the car and pick it up 2 days later. 2 days later in the afternoon the same rep called me and said the battery was dead and needed to be replaced. I told him there was nothing wrong with the battery before I took it to the service center and that I couldn't drive the car with a dead battery, the battery was dead after I bought the car in the service, but he told me they couldn't do anything unless I agreed to a battery replacement and it cost me nearly $800 just for the battery replacement. I still have the oil change package I bought for next year, but I won't be going to Stevens Creek BMW anymore because they find problems (are they the ones who create the problems?) if I ask free oil change (prepaid package). I used to have a great, experienced service guy that I trusted years, but since he retired I can't trust any new guys (not just one!) and since after COVID, the quality of their service has really gotten worse and I feel like they're just focusing on making more sales instead of taking care of the cars. I don't want to be a stupid victim anymore. More
Easy convenient service, the staff were nice and friendly. I received a text with a video link and it was nice to see how clean the underside of my car was. The kept me updated on status. Before bringing in my car for a basic oil change, I called him 2x to find out what was involved with this service that according to the Service admin, typically runs $180-$200. Frank never bothered to call me back to explain the details. When I brought in my car for service, I requested just the oil change from Frank and included a BMW coupon. However, while still at the dealership, I received the text alert asking for approval and signatures and the price had jumped to $429! I saw that Frank had added some non-required services to the work order without discussing with me at all. I went out and asked him to remove them and said I just want the minimum required factory oil change service. When I received the inspection report on my vehicle, they had noted that the rear tires were at the indicator bars (they are not there yet). The proposed price to replace the 2 rear tires and balance was >$1200!!! I called America Tires and got a quote of $705 for the exact same tires, mounted and balanced. I am very dissatisfied with the gouging that I get from Steven's Creek BMW. Now that my car is out of warranty, I will take to my local auto service place in Campbell, where I can expect honest quotes and recommendations with out the constant upsell. Avoid Frank and this service team! More

I have purchased a BMW at this dealership (good experience) and service 2 BMW's there (not satisfied). The last service experience was a nightmare. Terrible experience. On the freeway, msg came on showing low tirepressure on front right tire of car. Called dealer/service. was about 5:00. Called again, wouldn't pick up. Called sales; they picked up; asked for help. Transferred back to service. Didn't pick up. Called again, asked don't put me on hold. Was put on hold. Near tears now. Finally got rep. He argued with me; said he didn't have time; cut me off. Came home; flat tire on 2020 750ix. Tried to make appointment over internet. Couldn't get appointment on their system until December 30th. Given up for the night. This is the worst nightmare I've ever had. Expensive car sitting outside with flat tire; and no assistance from local dealership. More
