I have been planning to replace my 340xi GT and Kamran has patiently kept me abreast of models that came into their dealership and which were spec'd out extremely close to what I have worked out with him would be the order I would be making for the replacement. He has made me feel "heard" and "valued" as a potential customer and I am looking forward to finally arriving at the specific model I will be buying, through him, from Stevens Creek BMW. When we went to the financial department, the financial manager was trying to add up the price because of the "DMV fee" that was different than Jojo's iPad.
