We bought our very first BMW from them and had a fairly good experience working through the pricing with Ahmed. But we were given a dirty car, which didn't fully realize until after we drove away. More than dirty, the car was parked under a tree on their lot and we noticed tree sap droplets all over the car not long after we left. Also, there was a thin film of dirt inside the windshield. Also, when the light hit the windshield just right, we could clearly see a large circle suction cup mark from the manufacturing. What's frustrating about this too was that the finance manager told me the car was "being detailed" while we were doing the paperwork. Unfortunately we were leaving town with the car and couldn't turn around to go back. I sent them a note about this and never heard back. Now we are left to have the sap removed and the car properly cleaned out of our own pocket. From reading other reviews, this is not up to standard, so it's either an oversight this one time or they didn't feel the need to clean the car or protect it from the tree for some other reason. We bought a 3-series so maybe it wasn't as high a priority as people buying more fancy models. Either way, we love the car but didn't love getting a new but dirty and sappy car. More

Right from the start of the test drive, he was attentive to what I was looking for, answered all my questions, and if he didn't have an answer, he went to find it. THAT is invaluable. He was personable, knowledgeable, and passionate about what he was doing. He communicated terms and details with me clearly and effectively. Used communication methods that I preferred when they were best suited for my availability (calls when I could take them, messages when I couldn't pick up a call). The dealership was beautiful and clean. Everyone was nice and attentive. The process itself was super quick. I was so happy with the experience, I referred a friend of mine to Virgil, and not even a week after ownership of my X3, my friend picked up an iX! I would not refer a friend to someone that I didn't believe would be reputable and professional. This is 100% the dealership to choose, and Virgil is one to go to. More

I am very disappointed with the BMW 330I that I bought from the Stevens Creek dealership on July 1st 2024. I had ordered a custom built car with a blind spot detection system, which is a crucial safety fe from the Stevens Creek dealership on July 1st 2024. I had ordered a custom built car with a blind spot detection system, which is a crucial safety feature for me, but it never arrived after 3 months of waiting. When I went to the dealership to inquire about it, Michal Spaanton showed me another car and claimed that it had the same feature. He persuaded me to buy it, saying that it was equivalent to my custom built car. However, as soon as I drove the car, I realized that he had misled me. The car did not have any blind spot detection system at all. I called him immediately, but he denied it and told me to come back to the dealership. There, a BMW genius confirmed that the car did not have the feature that I wanted. I felt cheated and frustrated, and I requested a replacement car or a full refund. That's when the dealership manager (Kenneth Liu) got involved, and he was very unprofessional and disrespectful. He blamed me for not knowing what I was buying. He said that the car had other features that compensated for the missing one, and that I should be satisfied with getting such a good deal. He refused to take any responsibility or offer any solution, and he even threw my keys at me, saying that he couldn't help me. He also refused to let me talk to the general manager (Quynh Pham), who I hoped would be more reasonable. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a car purchase. BMW lied to me and treated me with contempt. They did not care about my safety or satisfaction, and they did not honor their promises. I do not recommend buying a BMW from this dealership, or any BMW car at all. BMW has lost my loyalty and trust, and I will never buy from them again. To make matters worse, they ignored me after promising to help. The last message I received from them was: "Sakshi, my GM was going to help you, until he saw the bad survey that you gave us. Now I can't help you". This is the service that you get from a luxury car brand. It's unacceptable and appalling. More
Not a fan of Stevens Creek BMW right now. They listed a used car I wanted to purchase. I tried getting in contact with someone to buy the car and they ignored me for some reason. I tried the website forms, website chat, called twice and spoke with 2 different sales people. All of these promised to contact me back in 30 minutes and no reponses. Then they forwarded my email to a sister dealership who was helping me get the car and things were finally looking good for me. Then I find out they sold the car. Kind of lame. I was ready to drive out and purchase the car when I first contacted them. I just wanted a photo of the actual car before driving out. They probably don't care because they sold it, I just wish they would have shown me a little more respect by calling back like they promised. More
