STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I agree with the other customer: this place had the worst customer service I've ever experienced. You think used car manager Jason is the rudest person you've ever met? Mee customer: this place had the worst customer service I've ever experienced. You think used car manager Jason is the rudest person you've ever met? Meet general manager Kevin. There you find his match. It is not hard to explain why a person as rude as Jason is can still survive at this dealership. "Like father like son" can be easily seen here with a twist "like boss like employee". Jason's demeanor is extremely condescending. Any question you have he turns into an argument. Kevin refused to talk to customer at all which might be a good thing for the dealership because he is more rude than Jason and harasses female customer, which can easily result a lawsuit for sure. On the other hand, if you were a customer, it might be wise never meet him in person unless you are in very good health. His demeanor and rudeness can give you a hard attack. For whatever reason, I highly recommend that you STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. I walked out with tears in my eye which haven't happened to me for many many years. The last time I cried was when my grandma died 12 years ago. I've heard this happened to another female customer not too long ago. It could happen to you too. More
Do not go to this delership if you expect them to help you understand your future car. They are just good for papaer work. No one has list of inventory. If you can spend time walking around and looking at you understand your future car. They are just good for papaer work. No one has list of inventory. If you can spend time walking around and looking at same set of cars 3 times , just because they cant keep information at desk, being treated badly. Ask for information multiple times befor you get the information you are looking for. Only reason i am rethinking to buy BMW is poor service i got. If i buy BMW, I will be going though bad service everytime i have to take my car to dealership for services. 4 yrs of bad service - hell NO. BMW should consider training its sales people and teaching them to improve customer satisfaction for sure. Cant stop writing as i spent my weekend 3 hrs - not a recommended dealership at all. More
This is worse dealership I ever encountered. This guys are bunch of crooks, if you go for services their, they will find you some phony leak issue, charge you without doing any service. YOu drive of car, are bunch of crooks, if you go for services their, they will find you some phony leak issue, charge you without doing any service. YOu drive of car, you stil have problem.. You go back, they don't have any remorse of wrong doing. I had multiple instances of this issue:- 1) I can't belive it. I service my car, drive off, and cars alternator is broken. 2. I service my car, drive off, and found car's left turn indicator is broken.. Another funny thing, if you call their number, it will make you wait for 20-30 minuts to talk to any on.. More
walked into the dealership in 2004 looking for a low miles used BMW. Told the salesman what I was willing to pay and he said "for that price I can sell you a new BMW 325i". He was right, I bought a bra miles used BMW. Told the salesman what I was willing to pay and he said "for that price I can sell you a new BMW 325i". He was right, I bought a brand new, no frills 325i for $28,999. Car had a manual transmission (which I love) and a sunroof. Best car I ever owned. I added a 7 year, 100K miles service contract. The service contract has payed for itself over the last 5 years: brakes, belts, hoses, inspections, oil changes, etc. I was always given a nice loaner too, even while the service department performed routine oil changes. A great overall experience! More
Tried to up sell a $750 diagnostic! Vehicle brought in for routine service (oil change). When the $750 dx was declined, suddenly a FREE diagnostic could be included. Loaner car on EMPTY - I was told to for routine service (oil change). When the $750 dx was declined, suddenly a FREE diagnostic could be included. Loaner car on EMPTY - I was told to fill it up (on them). I was told I would be called before lunch with results of FREE diagnostic. That did not happen. When I called at 3pm I was told by the person answering the phone the car was ready. When I went in to pick it up, Brian told me the bushings were leaking and needed replacement - about $700 with my BMW Club discount! I declined, waited the usual 40 minutes for the car to appear. The next day I took the car to a performance center to have them check the bushings and sure enough there is NOTHING wrong with them and of course there is also nothing that could "leak" as well. The disingenuous and obvious willingness to be dishonest is blatant. I will never use this dealer again. More
i am not a reach guy, but i make 6figure salary. so i can pay my bills. i walked into this bmw dealer with pre-approved BMW financing for a 335. even though i walked in thinking of getting a new bmw, can pay my bills. i walked into this bmw dealer with pre-approved BMW financing for a 335. even though i walked in thinking of getting a new bmw, i had done my research on some used bmw as well. on the lot, i saw a red 2005 330ci convertible on displayed and i was interested, but asking price of 29,999 was about 6000$ more than the prices i saw on cars.com and in other local bmw dealers. i talked to the used car sales manager about possible lower price on that unit. sales guy told me he can do maybe $200 off. i was shocked to hear him say that, and i mentioned to him that i saw similar models on other bmw lots for a lot less. he commented to me that if i wanted deep discounts, i should go visit a 'domestic' dealer down the street. and they way he spoke to me, made me pretty upset. he had the look of 'how dare you come to a BMW dealer and ask to negociate on price! you obviously cannot afford it, so don't waste my time'. he costed that bmw dealer a new car sale.. and other possible bmw sales as all my friends make about the same and 335 is about the price range of the new cars we buy. i emailed the management and complained and got no response from them. i ended up buying a 2005 convertible from cross the street to steven creek bmw. the lot is called 'steven creek european' who had very good service and a friendly down to earth sales guy. i will go out of my way to make sure that no one i know buys a car from steve creek bmw. I was working overseas so I have to call him several times and my wife visited him several times. During the visit. He showed my wife cars that doesn't match our requirment. When asked him to search more, he didin't seems to know computer tools very very, could not even find one car match. Then he promise to order a car but couple days later said no. I finally we opted to a car that is close. But he refuse to give us price that was origianlly agreed saying that he spent too much time on it. Then finance manager refuse to give rebates that is published on web. I endded up not buying ccar from this dealership More
I SWEAR THAT I WILL NEVER EVER WANT TO GO BACK TO THIS DEALER AGAIN FOR ANY SERVICE OR TO BUY A CAR ANYTIME AND STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY BMW OWNER TO DEAL WITH THESE GUYS. The service Advisor DEALER AGAIN FOR ANY SERVICE OR TO BUY A CAR ANYTIME AND STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY BMW OWNER TO DEAL WITH THESE GUYS. The service Advisor (P.M.) was very very impolite, rude and unprofessional in his approach and the way he talked to him. I'm just very unhappy with the way they treat the customers, thier service quality and last but not the least the labor charges are prohibitively high, through the roof even for simple and small repairs they quote $1000+. The service manager (S.F.) has the same attitude and seems to back him employees only and not understand the customers point of view or the problem and at least try to see the perspective from the other side. GUYS PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS DEALER. More

My wife and I are having our first child and needed something a bit bigger to make up for all the baby stuff. I have to say that I wasn't looking forward to the new car buying process -- yuk! But from top to bottom it was exceptional. Seriously, like it was great. The single most important thing was that the SCBMW guys listened to what I asked. For instance, I asked them to respond in email -- they did that. I asked them not to go through the whole 'back and forth' and just tell me what I needed to knwo --they did that. I asked questions on the phone and they got back to me quickly. It was super. I shopped around (quite a bit, in fact) and the Steven's Creek guys were the only ones who didn't pull the whole standard "you gotta buy right now" stuff. They just gave me a great price right out of the gate, and then took the rest of the time answering questions -- not trying to put me into a different car, not trying to sell me other stuff -- just answering the questions that I asked. I mean, it was like seriously that good. In particular, Franco Karzag who sold us the car, was an easy-going, "how can I help" type guy. And then, when we came in, the manager (Paul Carruba) was also great. When we went to the finance person he was the same way: "here's the extras: want anything? OK, cool" I kept waiting for the situation to go bad but it never did. So I'd recommend checking them out. Really great experience.... More
As compared with our experience with the service department at Mercedes and Lexus in Bay area as well as BMW service department at another location, Steven’s Creek BMW service department is REALLY B department at Mercedes and Lexus in Bay area as well as BMW service department at another location, Steven’s Creek BMW service department is REALLY BAD. In the past so many years, we never had a complaint about any car dealers or service departments, and we were always happy repeat customers…. But I tell you that we NEVER go back to Steven’s Creek BMW. Right after we bought a car, we waited for at least > a few weeks for the dealership to receive an alarm system which we paid an extra $. When they called us to make an appointment since the dealership received an alarm and we took a car to the service department, we were told that the part they received was not the right one and we needed to wait for an additional weeks. It took FOREVER to receive and install an alarm which BMW charged us and got paid on Day 1. Recently we took our car for a regular check up. When we went to pick up the car, the customer service team kept telling us that “it will be ready in a 5 minutes”, and at the end, it took > 50 minutes. No one every apologized for such poor customer supports. Basically their service department does NOT care about their customers at all. In addition, next day, and the service manager (by the way, his name is “Scott” – so watch out him!!) called us and harassed us, saying that we yelled at the service department person while the manager was not on site….. Scott does not get it the fact that none of customers will yell at BMW’s employee unless such they receive an EXCEPTIONAL poor service…. Anyway, if you are trying to buy a BMW, you should go to Mountain View or other locations for you to be treated as real “customer”. More
