Recall service sucks I have been waiting for a year after receiving my airbag recall notice for parts to be available. Recently I received another fuel pump recall notice I have been waiting for a year after receiving my airbag recall notice for parts to be available. Recently I received another fuel pump recall notice in the mail that said the parts were available and also another notice tha the airbag parts were available so I call Stevens creek BMW to make an appointment specifically to have the two recall items taken care of. I also had my oil changed. After two days in the shop, only my oil was changed and the parts for my two recall items were ordered. So I'm very disappointed that I've wasted my time . You would think that the dealership would train their personnel to inform customers of the process in advance that they would have to come in twice and waste their time. More

AAA towed it to Stevens Creek dealership, and the service representative Riccardo Forleo attended to my car in a timely manner, considering how busy they were at 5pm. Riccardo was very professional and compassionate about my need to return to the Sacramento area. He thoughtfully organized a loaner car. The next day he called to explain the results of the diagnostics and the estimated cost to repair. He graciously waited for my response until I contacted by son-in-law, a mechanic, who then supported the estimate. After the work was completed, he immediately called, so that I could drive back to San Jose and pick up my repaired car. I was very satisfied with my interactions with Riccardo and the BMW dealership. More

We've been looking for 3 weeks during which we visited 4 car dealerships and test drove each car. When we stopped at BMW, we noticed there is a difference. There are no pushy sales reps as we saw in other car dealers. We asked reception to speak with a sales rep to help with a few questions. That's when we met Max Bulush. Max was the kindest, most courteous and professional sales rep I ever met. When we could not find the specific color and features we wanted, Max took his time to show us all cars that are available. We quickly came to a decision after we saw a car that was sitting in the lot and had arrived a month ago. We sat down and negotiated a good deal with Max's help. Max was instrumental in following through every single bit of detail. It took a couple of hours to finalize everything, but every few minutes max would come back and tell us about the progress and offer us water. This was truly an amazing customer experience.
