Couldn't fit me in and provide a loaner car for 3 weeks. Finally took it in and it took 45 minutes and several complaints before a service advisor saw me. Advisor was fine, paperwork was fast. Then told to wait for call for loaner. Another 25 minutes pass before I am called and they had run out of loaners. After waiting 3 weeks? They used a local rental agency that gave me a car that so reeked of cigarette smoke, it was disgusting. I went right back in and complained to the service manager, Chris. He apologized and said they were short staffed. Promised a call that afternoon with update. Call never came. Also had a problem with heads up display so they said service would now take 2 days instead of one. It took 3 days. No fix for heads up display was found. It took 30 minutes just to pick up my car when I came back and that was only because I refused to wait in line again. It would have taken an additional 25-30 minutes if I had waited. Staff was fine, Problem is entirely with management. I have owned Lexus, Audi, Mercedes, etc. Worst service experience I have ever had and it wasn't even close. More

The next day they suggested a diagnostic test that I found questionable but agreed to. The final report came in a text message late Tuesday afternoon. I could not read the report on my phone and requested an e-mail. The e-mail arrived Wednesday morning. I responded to the e-mail immediately and requested the battery be replaced. Expected the car to be ready later the same day. When I called about the car late in the afternoon, the service advisor had not received the e-mail. I checked into it and found tha the e-mail I had replied to was mailed by Stevens Creek BMW and CCed to my advisor. I finally picked up my car Thursday afternoon an paid $ 808 for the battery replacement, $214 for the battery and $577 for labor. The labor looked like this: 1 hour for diagnostic, 1 hour for replacement and 1/2 hour to register the battery. COME ON More

As I was pulling out, warning lights go off and the computer indicates that my oil level is "low". As the E92 M3 engine is a bit finicky, I decide to drive a bit and have the computer re-calibrate, get the same warning. I pull over and have to put in nearly 1.5 Quarts of additional oil before the warning goes away and fill levels read normal! Great work guys - absolutely amazing/S After complaining, their manager Rex reaches out and apologizes so I decide to give them another chance. Bring it in this year for the annual oil change and surprise, didn't refill my windshield wiper fluid. Back when I didn't own a BMW, I would get my oil changed at Jiffy Lube for $50 and you know what they always did? Top off all the fluids. I guess the more you pay the less you get with Stevens Creek. There is a reason their rating is so dismal compared to the other BMW dealerships in the area. I would recommend you go elsewhere for service. Their sales team is ok and the European Delivery department is great (they sold me my M3) but the mechanics aren't fit to service a lawn mower engine let alone a big boy engine on a passenger vehicle. Bad customer service, bad car service, bad experience for 2n I called to reserve a loaner car a few weeks before the service day and was told (by some lady) that BMW had stopped providing loaner service. The day I called to reserve a loaner car a few weeks before the service day and was told (by some lady) that BMW had stopped providing loaner service. The day of the service, I saw other people getting loaner cars. When I asked why I didn't get a loaner, my service guy said they reserved in advance. I told him that when I tried to reserve in advance, I was told loaner cars are no longer available. He said the ladies who told me no loaner were wrong. Also my car needed an extra day so I was Left without a car for the 2nd day too. When I picked up the car after the service, the control knob didn't work. I had to drive back to have that fixed. Last year service was also bad. When I picked up my car, it had tire malfunction error message on the dashboard. More

I had never purchase the vehicle online so this is my 1st time so I wasn't sure I knew what to expect. I received an email from Gordon there following day since it was late when i filled out my information. Gordon reached out in an email advised to me that I had qualified and I just needed to come down and complete the process. I picked a time and came through. Gordon was great, efficient, effective and made the experience effortless. I was out of there quickly and I was driving my CPO 3 series. You need a BMW Gordon's your guy. He's been there for sometime and he knows his stuff. More
