Quick, Easy and out the door I went for a minor cosmetics fix which resulted in leaving my car overnight. Not to worry my sales associate was quick to communicate the issue, and off he sent me to rent a car at the Enterprise for a day until my car was fixed. (expenses on them) Not only did they rent a car for me the services at the Enterprise rental was amazing I was in and out in less then 10 minutes. Amazing experience throughout the process. More

Service Pick-up Time is HORRIBLE I like this dealership. Clean, friendly, professional, easy to make an appointment... until it comes to their service drop-off & pick-up times. Stevens Creek BMW just built a big new waiting area for customers when they should have spent the money on a consultant to help figure out why they can't get customers out the door sooner. At drop off I was forced to wait for a Service Advisor, then wait for him to fill out forms when I already provided information online, run back and forth with my key, etc., just so he could have my signature. Hey, I don't have to go through this for Night Drop, so why do I need to watch your staff work? I have my own job to get to. When it came time to pick-up, I received an email & text to let me know my car was ready. In this case, "ready" does not mean you won't have to wait...hence the new waiting room. After signing my lengthy paper document (glad they now send an email version) and advised someone would let me know when they brought my car up, I waited and waited, watched the chaos, checked the time... ONE HOUR after being told my car was "ready" I went looking, only to find my car was already sitting in the portico parked and lonely. It's obvious there is no efficient system for Service Logistics here. Once my car is out of warranty, you can bet I'll find a shop where I don't have to wait. More
Easy, fast, courteous, even enjoyable I booked my appointment online the day before I took my car in for an oil service. Nothing complicated here, but my service advisor, Derek, was very welcoming and courteous. I don't know about you, but I'm almost floored by good customer service these days. Derek was great. He had a professional approach with a great attitude and even made the experience fun. I waited for the car and it was done pretty much exactly when they said it would be. Derek not only got the oil change right, but he had the service team check on a couple of other issues I had question on. He walked me through the results and even changed my wiper blades without me asking (but it was needed), which was nice. Once the car was washed, another attendant let me know it was ready to drive off. handed me the keys, and I was on my way. While I waited, SCBMW has a very nice waiting area with refreshments and wifi, so I felt like I was in my own office. Well done. I'll be back. More
Good Experience Buying a Pre Owned BMW I was on a very tight schedule trying to buy a car on my lunch break. I made an appointment to test drive a car. Within an hour I had picked my care. Two hours later I picked up the car, did the paper work and was out the door with my new car. The salesman even drove it home for me since I was not trading in my old car. Only suggestion I have is automate the paper work and do it electronically. I can buy a house using DocuSign but it takes 60 minutes sitting at the dealer to buy a car. More

Terrible wait time 1.I have to wait for more 30m to drop off my car and almost close to 1hr to get loaner car because advisor did not to drive my name down , he told me 1.I have to wait for more 30m to drop off my car and almost close to 1hr to get loaner car because advisor did not to drive my name down , he told me stand right here someone will help you but 45m later no one's come out to ask me anything , on the end i have to ask receptionist where is my loaner car ? and she me my advisor need to write my name down to able to get loaner car . 2 . In email and text message from dealer tell me if i want want to pick up a car let them know 45m in advance so they can have my car ready to go , I had been done that by text and email but I arrived I still wait for another 45m to have someone drive my car from the back of dealer to in from of dealer with 45m waiting . This is unacceptable and terrible service with a apologize word to customer . More
The Wait is unacceptable. Almost Comcast-like Waited 40 minutes to drop my car off. 30 minutes for the loaner. 20 minutes at the cashier. Unacceptable. Service was OK but wish wait was shorter No complaints with the treatment or the quality of service itself. Riccardo did a great job taking care of the service appointment. I do wish that a simple oil change that was scheuduled a week or so in advance via their website would take less than the two hours I had to wait. I do appreciate the crew's exterior wash for my BMW. Will return when the next scheduled service is due. More
