Tyler has made a smooth transition into the position and has the same friendly and courteous demeanor. The work has always been first rate and a great team of workers have provided me with a safe and great looking vehicle to drive. They always wash and vacuum my car whenever I have it serviced there. It took me week watching reviews of different crossover SUV, they're all good but my budget is for only one and BMW is top of my list. I read the KB and Consumer reports to get the fair price before visiting the sales office, I need to know who is the best dealer. I didn't let Gordon Winans my account rep. knows that I search about it until the last moment of our negotiations. He took a note from it make some adjustments on pricing and present it back to me. I thought Gordon Winans transparency on his selling style convinced me. He was very patient and was listening to his client. I'm not a contentious person but neither easy to get convince. I make decision after three hours we sit together and of course drive testing where he explain features of the X1. Primarily the unit makes my the decision but the Account Rep makes difference to go to BMW Stevens Creek. More

My primary contact at SC BMW was Alex Chui, as I had initiated my Overall, an excellent experience in leasing my new BMW X1 from Steven Creek BMW! My primary contact at SC BMW was Alex Chui, as I had initiated my research and contacted the dealership via the internet.. Alex was very professional and easy to work with, using all forms of communication (email, text, phone). His knowledge of the product and attitude toward sales and customer experience convinced me to go with the BMW versus other brands I was considering. He gave me good advice on leasing versus buying (my first time leasing), and was able to get me the price I wanted along with extra incentives. I also worked with Bill, a finance manager who got me through the paperwork quickly without selling me any add-ons. I picked up my vehicle after dinner that evening, and it was ready to go and beautiful!. Alex gave me a few pointers on the technology in the vehicle and also suggested I take advantage of the Genius support offered by the dealership after a few days of experimenting on my own.
