Great sales team with Jonathan Ngo being a standout on the many deals we have done. First time I can say for a salesperson that he provides no pressure and straight to the point that works extremely hard the many deals we have done. The finance department on the other hand is the reason why this review is not five stars. They will feed you lies during signing and especially after. Two times now has warranty refunds of mine have been returned late (more than maximum 60 days advertised by weeks). If I had not visited the dealer repeatedly and gotten the dealer controller involved, they would have just kept the money in both cases. SHADY. Brace yourself mentally, decline any warranties and walk if they keep trying to persuade you or change your numbers if you accept their warranty, and potentially set a lot of time aside to fight for something other dealers have no problem providing in a timely manner. If it were not for Jonathan’s service, I would just highly recommend going somewhere that can match pricing and provide a better comprehensive experience and saving a lot of hassle. More
