Great experience! Just bought a new X3 with Mansour as the salesman. He is super helpful and responsive. We have been shopped around for a while and Mansour was always quick responsive from the beginning to finalizing the transaction. And they all are very easy to work with. They weren't able to apply one of the incentives for us but after checking, they contacted BMWFS and added the incentive for us so there was another $750 off towards the purchase. They are willing to help especially Freddy and Mansour. More

Stevens Creek BMW service did more harm than good on my car I had my visit to the dealer for scheduled oil change and break services on 535D recently. My car came out with 1) broken underbody mud gard; 2) bl I had my visit to the dealer for scheduled oil change and break services on 535D recently. My car came out with 1) broken underbody mud gard; 2) black oil on the oil stick. I called and emailed to the dealer, requesting for resolution. The online chat is a joke, the phone is general answering service, write to their email "stecrkbmwsc-stevenscreekbmw@kaarmadealer.com"? is another joke. Try your luck at another BMW dealer. More
