Stevens Creek, You're upset? Upsetting is not being able to register your car, have it inspected and risk having your insurance lapse (all the while making payments to BMW) because the team wanted to make an easy sale rather than do things properly. You knew what you were doing. You sell cars day in and day out. You could have helped me when I signed the contract by explaining the process truthfully and not blatantly lying, or when I received the car and called several times perplexed about the situation, or when I sent my followup emails when I still had no clarity on the title transfer weeks after receiving the car, which is parked on the street in Brooklyn with no plates and no registration 7 weeks after I signed the contract and transferred the cash. Did I mention the air conditioning broke the second time I drove it? And that the dealership checklist in the drivers seat said not to accept the car without a full walk through and a full tank of gas? It arrived with less than a quarter tank. If you're so upset by the situation, call me. Reply to my email. GET THE TITLE TRANSFERRED. DO YOUR JOB. I cc'd Chip Irwin who is supposed to oversee Stevens Creek. Haven't heard one word.
