This last time took the BMW I'd had asked to check the AC and water levels along with oil change and balancing of the tires. When I picked up the car I had asked to speak to the gentleman that assisted . I and water levels along with oil change and balancing of the tires. Also when the next service would be. Didn't get no answers just a print out that doesn't say much. Was unhappy with the service . I travel a lot and I need to make sure my car is good and that I am safe. Was disappointed in customer service and service. More
The worst customer service experience of my life I bought a 2016 CPO BMW from Stevens Creek in June. I live in New York and asked them for specific instructions about buying a car out of state. Five I bought a 2016 CPO BMW from Stevens Creek in June. I live in New York and asked them for specific instructions about buying a car out of state. Five weeks later, I still don't have a copy of title and was blatantly lied to about temporary plates in my contract and verbally. The salesman told me that there would be California plates on the car when it arrived "as if you drove it from California to New York yourself" and they would be good for six months. California doesn't issue temporary plates at all, apparently. When I called the dealership to straighten things out, I was told that they screwed up but given little to no help to rectify the situation. The sales manager Fred said "California is a weird state" and overnighted me some little piece of paper from the California DMV that they forgot to put the in the car and told me to carry it around with me with my bill of sale and insurance cards in case I got pulled over. Embarrassment. I was lied to and misguided. This, after traveling almost four hours to purchase the Lexus. All was supposed to be settled so as to take delivery of I was lied to and misguided. This, after traveling almost four hours to purchase the Lexus. All was supposed to be settled so as to take delivery of vehicle. The vehicle was in no way ready to be delivered. The detailing was awful or shall we say nonexistent, there was at least an eight inch ripped seam on the driver's leather seat (how can you miss that?, or at least make mention of it pre-sale?) Right rear headrest was missing. Same area middle rear seat belt guide missing as well. The battery was not replaced as told , nor was the rear bumper refinished. All of a sudden the vehicle was referred to "AS IS'. Those two words were never spoken during any of the many communications I had with the salesperson, Alec Kisin. Now, because of failure on their part to have the vehicle in good condition for delivery and acceptance, the vehicle became "AS IS" and my mention of these failures was (I guess) not of concern to them. Only after calling off the deal and returning the keys were they willing to look at these problems/failures and were ready to address and correct them to my quasi satisfaction. Had it not been for, whom I believe to be the Sales Mgr., Freddy this nightmare would have ended with me walking away from Steven's Creek BMW. Because of the late hour we were rushed through all the paper signing. In particular the clause of 'no prepayment penalty as we planned on paying off the soon. They also never informed us of the "Phantom Footprints". All in all lets just say that it was not the pleasant experience we expected. More
