On March 18th, 2020 I went to Stevens Creek BMW for an oil change (the car had 12,562 miles). After the service was performed the car showed the following required services: brake fluid due in March 2021, oil change (the car had 12,562 miles). After the service was performed the car showed the following required services: brake fluid due in March 2021, engine oil and vehicle check due in March 2021 or 7,500 miles. On July 14th, 2020, I visited again Stevens Creek BMW for a warranty issue (check engine light on, and the car had 13,406 miles), and the service advisor told me they will do the oil change too. This was 4 months (and only 844 miles driven) after they performed the last oil change. The oil change request was odd, but since the car was still in the free BMW Ultimate Care for 3 years/36,000 miles (until April 16th, 2021 or 36,000 miles), I didn’t think much of it and I said OK. After the service was performed the car showed the following required services: brake fluid due in March 2021, engine oil and vehicle check due in July 2021 or 7,500 miles. Now, let’s get to my last visit to Stevens Creek BMW, which was on March 18th, 2021 (the car had 17,269 miles). On this visit, I requested the following services: brake fluid and oil change. The service advisor told me that they cannot perform the oil change, because it was due in July 2021 or 3,700 miles. I told him that last year, they requested and did the oil change after 4 months / 844 miles driven and now, when I ask them, they cannot do the oil change after 8 months / 3,863 miles driven, because BMW will not approve and pay for it (the car was still in the free BMW Ultimate Care for 3 years/36,000 miles until April 16th, 2021 or 36,000 miles). So when it suits Stevens Creek BMW they can perform services that are not required and BMW will pay for them, but when it doesn’t suit them, they cannot, saying that BMW will not approve. This was totally unprofessional and I feel like I was tricked into accepting a service that was not required. More

Alex Kisen a manager in the used car internet sales area turned a positive auto buying experience into a ugly affair by using deceptive tactics and outright lying to me by omission in an attempt to achieve turned a positive auto buying experience into a ugly affair by using deceptive tactics and outright lying to me by omission in an attempt to achieve his ends under handedly during the final paperwork process. I was furious when i found out what he did and immediately shunned him. Later, others at the dealership stepped in to apologize and rescue the sale. Unfortunately an unapologetic and arrogant Alex Kisen is still employed there consequently I would not return to this dealership. More
Beware if you are an out of state purchaser. We bought a certified used BWM from this dealership via the internet salesman Ron Ryan. He first tried to up the BMW 1.49% certified used finance rate which we would not agree to and then they did not properly handle the title work so we could register the vehicle and instead treated our paperwork like we were California residents which was not the case. We are almost 60 days post purchase with no way to register our car and BMW finance had to step in and handle the titling issues as the dealership was absolutely no help and acted like they could care less BEWARE they do not return calls and it is almost impossible to reach someone when you call. If you are considering purchasing or leasing a BMW DO NOT CONSIDER Stevens Creek BMW. I have purchased and leased 2 BMWs from Stevens Creek BMW and it really did not make a difference in terms of how I was CONSIDER Stevens Creek BMW. I have purchased and leased 2 BMWs from Stevens Creek BMW and it really did not make a difference in terms of how I was treated when there was an issue related to the termination of my last lease. I only found out there was an issue after I received a $3,000 invoice related to my termination of my prior lease after I agreed to lease a new BMW. Steven Creek BMW had their deal and completely washed their hands of making sure all of the paperwork to terminate my prior lease was complete. I consequently reached out to the Sales GM for Stevens Creek to resolve the issue and was promised that the issue would be resolved. After one week, I received ZERO follow up and have had to deal with the issue on my own. You might think that BMW is a cut above most dealerships in terms of service, but you likely will be sorely disappointed if you go to Stevens Creek BMW. My suggestion is you go elsewhere or you are likely to be very disappointed. If you work hard for your money and expect even at least mediocre service then you should go elsewhere. BMW Stevens Creek definitely just wants your money and cares less about whether you wind up getting screwed in the process. More
