We were toying with the idea of a new vehicle. Stopped by the dealer to take a look at what was on the lot after all the supply chain issues all the auto manufacturers were experiencing. The sales staff were very busy but a manager was courteous and answered my questions regarding certain vehicles we were interested in. A sales person was able to help us and take us for test drives of vehicles we were interested in. We test drove a handful of vehicles so it took some time. The cars and features were explained well and we found one we liked. The sales staff got our deal put together and into the finance office pretty quick. The finance manager explained the terms and details very well and got us out of the dealership to experience our new car. Overall our time at Stevens Creek BMW was pleasant and we felt like we had a team behind our purchase experience...Thank you Prac, Jim and Fadi for making us feel like family and making the whole buying experience enjoyable! Will be coming back for that M3! Lol! More

I contacted the dealer and asked them what they can do to help as there was obviously damage to the fender and was not repaired correctly. They said they would do not do anything to help. I will not be using them in the future and I suggest you don’t either. More
This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with the dealership. TJ Singh has to be the worst Internet manager there is. Emailed him numerous of times about a used car. Every time I emailed him he told me 4 to 6 days for it to go through safety and smog. So I emailed him every single day and he would tell me I will do an update on the car that I was interested in. Never did I get a response. So the date of the car was supposed to be ready was Sunday so I emailed him on Saturday and asked him about the status. So he told me the car was ready and out on the lot. so I took it upon myself to go there as quickly as I could and by the time I got there, the car was already sold.
