First off I was looking for a newer pre-owned BMW X5 xDrive plug-in hybrid. I found that cargurus.com was an easy platform to use and search with. I also really appreciated at car gurus had dealership xDrive plug-in hybrid. I found that cargurus.com was an easy platform to use and search with. I also really appreciated at car gurus had dealership reviews on their site from customers. I found a couple of 2018 BMW X5 hybrids at Steven's Creek BMW that I liked. I immediately reached out to them and had a response back quickly. The vehicle was available and I let them know I was serious and was pre-approved for financing. I made it out there and purchased the vehicle. They made the process quick and painless. Armin and Bill made the purchase easy. The whole process was convoluted and sad. I really like the purchase experience from Sonic Automotive dealers, but this dealer was definitely bad from the bunch. Albeit I was 1 hour fight I really like the purchase experience from Sonic Automotive dealers, but this dealer was definitely bad from the bunch. Albeit I was 1 hour fight or 6 hour car ride away. The paperwork and getting followed up with was something I had to babysit. Even when I got the paperwork I had to get it notarized since I wasn’t in front of them. I asked for a manual clutch review proposal (just want it checked out at their sister store) with my sales advisor, brushed it off. Then I emailed the sales advisor twice, still nothing and it’s been 11 days since the car was delivered to me. I won’t name my sales advisor, because I want to give him a second chance, maybe had a bad week or dealing with something. Definitely won’t purchase again from this dealer, More

Do Not Buy A Car Here! !! It’s been a nightmare since the very first day. My experience includes: -Stevens Creek BMW has poor communication to customers. The sales repres !! It’s been a nightmare since the very first day. My experience includes: -Stevens Creek BMW has poor communication to customers. The sales representatives gave us the application form and then disappeared. We had to find someone to return the form and then didn’t hear from someone for nearly an hour. -Stevens Creek BMW employees used a condescending tone to customers. They assumed based on our age and/or color of skin that we didn’t know about cars, the car buying process or fair interest rates. -Stevens Creek BMW did not provide competitive interest rates. Decided to submit for an auto loan through a bank instead and was approved at 1.75% less than BMW offered. Then Stevens Creek BMW tried telling us that they can use the bank auto loan but the APR would be higher because it’s a luxury car. This is not accurate! Stevens Creek BMW once again trying to take advantage of us! After all of this and we signed the contract, BMW did not submit the paperwork with the correct auto loan interest rate!! We’ve been calling the bank and BMW for 2 weeks to get this straightened out and BMW hasn’t done anything from their end. They are making us take all the actions with the bank even though it was their mess-up! Please save yourself the headache and buy your next car at a different dealership. More
