BMW Stevens Creek finance managers/directors and the GM have NO right to intentionally harm the customer's credit report by making multip lease ends. I made many calls to finance to cancel an extended warranty and a maintenance contract and I could not get anyone to answer and my messages were not returned. We had to come to the dealership to cancel the contracts and we were told that it would take 4 to 8 weeks before we would be refunded. More
