This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with the dealership. TJ Singh has to be the worst Internet manager there is. Emailed him numerous of times about a used car. Every time I emailed him he told dealership. TJ Singh has to be the worst Internet manager there is. Emailed him numerous of times about a used car. Every time I emailed him he told me 4 to 6 days for it to go through safety and smog. So I emailed him every single day and he would tell me I will do an update on the car that I was interested in. Never did I get a response. So the date of the car was supposed to be ready was Sunday so I emailed him on Saturday and asked him about the status. So he told me the car was ready and out on the lot. so I took it upon myself to go there as quickly as I could and by the time I got there, the car was already sold. He’s just a total idiot and should not be a service manager of the Internet whatsoever. Bad customer service bad acknowledgment with anybody that he’s talking to More
