This dealership is outstanding, clean, and organized, with excellent customer service from sales to finance, service to parts, and cleaning people. I bought all four of my BMWs from this dealership from Ron Ryan with no regrets. Ron knows what I like in a BMW and has always come through with the right vehicle. Ron has always addressed our concerns and in my book, he's a triple-A plus. More

Excellent experience. I flew up from the LA area to pick up my car from Stevens Creek. They picked me up from the airport and had me on the road in about 2-2.5 hours. Th I flew up from the LA area to pick up my car from Stevens Creek. They picked me up from the airport and had me on the road in about 2-2.5 hours. The finance guy was a bit pushy with his warranty and service contracts, I had to say "no I'm not interested" about ten times. But other than that, the dealership was very well organized, efficient and had a great price on the exact vehicle I was looking for. My sales guy (Brian Bader) and 'genius' (forget his name) were both awesome. More
After waiting 8 months for my car order delivery, iX xDrive 50, I was disappointed. The option package I initially ordered had been changed. The salesperson and the sales manager told me that BMW had xDrive 50, I was disappointed. The option package I initially ordered had been changed. The salesperson and the sales manager told me that BMW had changed the option package without notice, so they blamed BMW for not been transparent. And admitted no blame for not informing me of such changes and said they did not know. However, the most disappointing part of the deal is the car’s sudden loss of power on the freeway: while traveling at 65 MPH, the car suddenly lost power and came to a complete stop on the #3 lane of a 4-lane highway (HWY 101). This placed me on an extremely dangerous situation when the car came to a complete stop and I had no means of maneuvering to either side in traffic. The car apparently lacks a limp mode for emergencies. Fortunately, I was able to start the car and move forward without causing an accident. The car performed as if all was well and I was able to get to a secure place. During the incident the flashers were automatically activated and the roadside assistant called me on the phone asking about my condition and if I needed the first responders 911 or the police. Once I got home, I called the sales person and the sales manager and left messages detailing the incident. I then called the service department and after several tries spoke with Kelsey service advisor and described the incident. She agreed to have the car towed to your service department. All this happened on January 25, 2023. The tow truck arrived 3 hours after their promised time of 90 minutes. All total more than 4.5 hours later. I called Kelsey, the service advisor on Jan 26 and she told me the car needed to be there until they complete several tests to diagnose the problem, which would take until Wednesday Feb 1st. I called Feb 2nd and left messages with Kelsey and Matthew service advisors seeking an update on the car. Since I got no response, I called the service manager Peterson and Matthew service advisor and left messages to no avail. I then called the BMW customer service in the USA and sometime later got a call from Matthew informing that they are still running tests to find the problem. But he was unable to describe the type of tests performed and said he only has 2 technicians certified for electric cars. He promised to call me back that day with an update, but to this day Feb 6, has not called me back. Your dealership and BMW have failed to provide expected customer service at all levels!!! More
