The customer can purchase a vehicle by law after their lease ends. BMW Stevens Creek finance managers/directors and the GM have NO right to intentionally harm the customer's credit report by making multip lease ends. BMW Stevens Creek finance managers/directors and the GM have NO right to intentionally harm the customer's credit report by making multiple credit inquiries because you could not make money off a lease return vehicle. Stop this deplorable behavior and learn to work with ethics if any is left in your dealership. The greed of making money by screwing others is the worst form of living a dignified life and changing the future. More
Shockingly bad service. I've never had sales people treat me so well during the purchase process, then SOOOOOO poorly as soon as the sale was completed. I made many calls to finance to cancel an extended warranty and a maintenance contract and I could not get anyone to answer and my messages were not returned. We sent certified letters to BMW finance warranty and a maintenance contract and I could not get anyone to answer and my messages were not returned. We sent certified letters to BMW finance and filled a complaint with Ca. Department of Insurance. After a lot of work on our part we received a call back. We had to come to the dealership to cancel the contracts and we were told that it would take 4 to 8 weeks before we would be refunded. More
