One of the managers emailed me from the dealer to check in and see how my experience was going and I explained to them that someone reached out in regards to my inquiry and I informed them I was from out o in and see how my experience was going and I explained to them that someone reached out in regards to my inquiry and I informed them I was from out of state and that I will come out if we can make a deal but that I requested pictures of the interior and nothing was ever sent over to me. When I got an email back it said I'm sorry about this I will escalate this our leadership and make sure you are taken care of and guess what, still nothing an entire week later. Sales lead failed to help me. Management failed to help me. And even after being escalated to leadership, still nothing. And the sales lead has the audacity to reach out and ask if I'm still interested when they couldn't even send over a few interior pics for a potential out of state buyer. It's not like I was asking for their first born child.... Safe to say, I most likely won't be doing business with this dealer if this is how they treat out of state prospects. I understand local buyers will take precedence but not hearing back from anyone is absurd, More
