11/29/25 - Just purchased my new 2026 X6 from the folks at Steven's Creek BMW - ****BUYER BEWARE - RUN FOREST RUN!!!*** I purchased a brand new 2026 BMW X6 from Steven’s Creek BMW on November 21, 2025 a at Steven's Creek BMW - ****BUYER BEWARE - RUN FOREST RUN!!!*** I purchased a brand new 2026 BMW X6 from Steven’s Creek BMW on November 21, 2025 at approximately 8:10 PM Stevens Creek BMW made the willful choice to ERRONEOUSLY assign and register my vehicle under a lien-holder! I only discovered their error when I received the Title for my vehicle and it was INCORRECTLY LISTED UNDER A CREDIT UNIION!! xxx?! Steven’s Creek BMW was IMMEDIATELY made aware of their error and they ADMITTED to their error! In an effort to remedy their mistake, Jim, Thomas (General Manager of Steven’s Creek BMW) made a verbal and binding agreement by leaving a voicemail on my cell phone on 1/5/2026. In Jim's voicemail (which I have saved and preserved as evidence), Jim describes the way in which he will remedy the situation. He agreed their offices made several mistakes in the purchase process of this vehicle. Jim stated in his voicemail in no uncertain terms that he "would send me a check for $500" to remedy the PROBLEMS their store caused me. Jim called me on 1/12/26 and left another voicemail. I returned the last phone call from Jim Thomas on 1/12/26 at which time Jim Thomas stated that he would not honor his verbal/voicemail agreement, and he will NOT be sending the $500 check as agreed upon! It is my intention to hold Jim Thomas accountable to his verbally binding and contractual agreements, and I notified him of such. Jim Thomas‘s response to me was, "go ahead and sue me"! Furthermore, Jim Thomas stated, "...I am aware that I agreed to pay you the $500 check for the mistakes we made during the sales process - BUT I CHANGED MY MIND..." **BUYER BEWARE - STEVEN'S CREEK BMW COULD LITERALLY NOT CARE LESS ABOUT YOU - OR YOUR BUSINESS - SHOP SOMEWHERE BETTER!** HERE’S THE INSULT TO INJURY - I payed IN FULL for my BMW - WHEN I PICKED IT UP IT WAS FILTHY INSIDE! DIRT ON THE CARPETS, ETC ETC - MY BRAND NEW BMW looked like CRAP! Ken, the Sales Mgr. HAD TO CUT ME A CHECK FOR $400 in order for me to then pay an outside agency to have my car cleaned properly!! WORST SERVICE EVER! It's all on you now - BOYCOTT STEVEN'S CREEK BMW - IT'S TRUE ABOUT SILICON VALLEY - "SPOILED, LAZY AND INCOMPETENT"! More

Lionel Lee has been hands down the worst dealership finance person I’ve worked with (purchased 8 cars). He added in the $3800 extended warranty which I know I explicitly declined since I don’t keep my finance person I’ve worked with (purchased 8 cars). He added in the $3800 extended warranty which I know I explicitly declined since I don’t keep my cars that long. He changed my payment plan to 72 months to hide the bump in monthly payment. Thank goodness my husband noticed it when signing the paperwork as I was blindly trusting Mr Lee. I threw him a few bones by getting some add ons as I know that’s how they make money and he used the opportunity to opt me into stuff I didn’t want/approve. Upon discovering this, I called him out and he assured me we could cancel the add ons I didn’t want. So I did paperwork to cancel the extended warranty, service and ding. He assured me the paperwork was processed and my principle would be adjusted in 2-4 weeks. We are now in the 7th week of him giving me the run around. I reached out to BMW Financial services and they have no record of the cancellations. Now Lionel is telling me they are waiting on refunds? Wait what? Why? This makes no sense and I feel like I got scammed instead of a premium experience from BMW. Please fix this. I have been kind waiting all this time to not do this survey and online reviews. My kindness is dwindling. More
