Dropped off my car this morning and had signed up for "The Works" for $49.99 including oil change, diagnostic inspection, tire rotation. I was in the absolutely frigid lounge and could see my car up on the lift getting oil change done and could see that no tire rotation was done. When I go to check out, I point out that the tire rotation wasn't done. First the girl tries to tell me it was done, then calls over the mechanic when I insisted it was not done. Mechanic confirms that it was not done, he didn't know it was part of the package (shouldn't they be aware of what is offered?) I said no big deal, my major concern was the oil change as long as everything else was fine. I am then presented with a $60 plus bill - apparently their "oil change" doesn't cover the cost of an oil filter, craziest thing I ever heard! $60 plus For an oil change - outrageous! Counter girl gives me a nominal credit making the bill $54 and change explaining that the tire rotation is no cost so no credit applies - huh, ok, whatever. So disappointed, I am currently on my 5th lease with this location and will be looking elsewhere when my lease is up next year. If I can't trust you, and you are going to nickel and dime me after many, many years of doing business, I will give my business to someone else. Please disregard the 1 star rating, I would've given zero stars if that was an option. More

Worst Dealership Ever It is amazing to me that this dealership even exists and that Ford allows it to still run. My problem with the Ford vehicle is bad. But my experience with Jersey Ford dealership is most definitely worse. I've accepted the fact that my vehicle is not the best in quality. But I cannot accept the lack of competence in the service staff at this dealership. I brought my car to this dealership twice for two different problems. Each time has been a nightmare! They always tell me that they will call me back. They never call back! Their phone system fails all the time. Sometimes it says the phone number is no longer a working phone number. The service center did not have separate number before. And every time they transferred me, I got disconnected. It seems like they only have one service advisor for each vehicle they service. And no other employee has any information on the vehicle. So if the service advisor is not there or unavailable, you will never know what is going on with your car. I called one day to check the status on my vehicle. But since the service advisor was off that day, I had to wait until the next day. And not only did I have to wait until the next day, the service advisor failed to call me. I had to call him. Currently, my car is there right now. I dropped it off last Thursday night. It is now Saturday evening. I called this morning at 9:30am for a status update. The receptionist said that my service advisor is Maurice, he is currently busy, and will call me back in an hour. Several hours pass and I get no call. I call back at 2:30pm to check if Maurice is available. The receptionist says she sees him at his desk and transfers me over. He does not pick up and I go to his voice mailbox. I call again and demand to speak to him or someone who can give me an answer to a simple question on the status of my vehicle. Maurice seems to be the only person I can talk to about this. And he is impossible to get a hold of. I am given the director's direct extension. I leave a message with him. At 6:30pm I still do not receive a phone call. I call several times, again. This time no one is answering. The level of incompetence at this dealership never ceases to amaze me. I would not expect this from any company that is affiliated with such an established name. I normally don't complain. In fact, I think this is the only time I have formally complained about a company. But I don't think anyone should get their vehicle serviced at this dealership. It should be shut down. More

SCAM SCAM SCAM I went into this dealership expecting to leave with a car but instead I left with a headache and many issues. Not only did they not allow us to take the car until a week after they were paid, but they never paid the state the taxes on the deal and they never paid the dmv for tags. Although my contract shows these fees were paid to the dealership, they have done nothing to help me. Now in October I have tags that expired 9/13/16 and I'm told the dealership in under new ownership. So I'm thinking this is great I have people who will help me. I was wrong... After two weeks of back and forth I was finally told they lied to me and had no intentions of submitting my papers for tags. The new owners gave me all the paperwork they have, and explained they are not doing any business with customers scammed by the previous owners. So here I am two full months after purchase with no where to turn. The only way to go through DMV is to pay taxes and title fees AGAIN! I surely don't have $1500 laying around for something I already bought. If I were you id stay far away from this business! More
