FORD SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THIS DEALERSHIP Hands down the worst dealership EVER. In August 2017 i bought a brand new mustang along with the extended warranty. About a month and a half later m Hands down the worst dealership EVER. In August 2017 i bought a brand new mustang along with the extended warranty. About a month and a half later my car started making a rattling noise at start up. I brought it back and they kept my car for 10 days and told me the problem was fixed, it just needed an oil change and new filter. A day later the noise was back. I decided to check the oil, and when i did i realized that they overfilled the oil by at least 2 quarts! I again brought it in and this time i was given a loaner car with zero gas and after driving for 5 minutes the low tire pressure light came on. I called the dealer to let them know, and one of the service managers Glenn told me to go put air in the tire! Again, they told me my car was fixed and again a day later the noise was back. This time i was given a loaner car that smelt like weed and i found beer cans in the back seat. When i call, the service manager, Jim Grady told me "welcome to Jersey City". Everyone that works at this dealership is incompetent. Do NOT buy a car from here and Do NOT bring your car in for service. This dealer should be shut down. More
