I was initially told there were none available. So I called to speak to Service Manager and explained my situation. Within 10 minutes he called me back and said 'Christine, come and get your loaner vehicle' - Being a 'loyal customer' for years Todd said he wanted me to be 100% satisfied and I was - with a top of the line 2018 SUV!
