Warranty part replacement I was in Florida when my check engine light came on. I went to Plantation Ford where they scanned my Mustang and told me that the catalytic converter I was in Florida when my check engine light came on. I went to Plantation Ford where they scanned my Mustang and told me that the catalytic converter was bad and they had ordered the part, but it would be a few days before it would arrive. I was leaving the next day but they told me that it would be o k driving back to New Jersey. They were right. when I got back, I went to Stevens; (where I purchased my Pony), and was met in the service dept by a lady Jeanine, who handed me her card and introduced herself. She had my car scanned and gave me the same info I got in Florida. When the part came in, she called and asked me when I could have the repair done. My date and time was accepted. When I arrived; the same smiling face greeted me and started the process. I was directed to the waiting room where i settled in. Jeanine popped in a couple times to check and give me updates. On completion she handed me my papers with a smile and handshake, saying, "see you at your next oil change" That's where am going 3000 miles from now. Beautiful experience. Thanks Jeanine, you were awesome. More

Extreme disbelief Bought a truck to replace my Expedition was extremely satisfied with my salesman Juan! Took the truck in for service and am extremely disappointed! BUT my sales rep has gone above and beyond to help out with this and even spoke to an owner and feel he is fixing the situation at the moment! As far as there service area they need much work in my opinion but I do see changes happening and and thinking of giving another opportunity! Sales I give a 100% because even after the sale they try and help! Service I only give them 35% because of the situation they put me in as well as not following up and Through things I was told! Owner son EXTREMELY understanding and HELPFUL at the moment!!! I just hope he follows through but I feel he’s a man of his words!! So as far as sales GREAT job see Juan! As Far as service needs MUCH IMPROVEMENT!!! But Believe there working on it! More
Very bad deceptive business I called twice before I came. I asked can my breakers be just checked? I was told yes. It can be done at no charge. When I came I was told we don’t do this unless we fix what would be found wrong. Customer service lady asked did I write down the name of the person I talked. I did not. I talked to several people since I called several time before I came. Lady said I have to pay mechanics for their time.I understand. But about customer time. Customer time has no value for this business I just don’t understand why it was promised by telephone. It looks like scam make people to come and push to sell their service. More

A Surprising Day When I walked into the dealership all the cars looked nice, and the employees were super friendly.
