I was upside down on my car and they were able to make it happen without me paying a fortune per month. Was going to get a car from carvana but they we able to offer me a way better car at a lower price so there was no need for negotiation. I have gotten cars from Ray Catena Mercedes and BMW of Springfield but surprisingly got better service from here. Lennie was brilliant! I believe he is the general manager but he was involved in every step of getting me my car and getting it in the perfect condition for the perfect price! I’ll be back and I’m bringing my family to them too! If you want to be happy with your purchase, I’ll recommend you should go too. More

Car got broken into and they couldn’t care less Unprofessional, incompetent, and I suspect they lied to me about how my 12 year old car was the only one that gotten broken into. They fixed the windo Unprofessional, incompetent, and I suspect they lied to me about how my 12 year old car was the only one that gotten broken into. They fixed the window and failed to clean up the glass properly. I waited for 2 hours on my day off for them to vacuum the glass. Then when my car was done it turned out they washed the outside and did not vacuum anything. I was told the vacuum couldn’t pick up all the small pieces (lies). I had to vacuum it myself later and somehow I was able to get the glass up. About $100 worth of stuff was stolen. They did not file a police report because this happens too often for them. Supposedly my car was locked in the barbed wire gated area. I find it hard to believe that someone climbed over the barbed wire to break into a 12 year old car. No one told me that any other cars were broken into that day so I will assume that my car was the only one broken into. It doesn’t add up. Of course no one was able to show me the security camera footage because that’s none of business. I have absolutely no faith that my airbag (which is why my car was there in the first place) was even replaced. How would I know if you guys even replaced it. Your service report said you did a full point inspection on my car. When I asked for the results of the inspection I was told that they didn’t do an inspection but that they just put that wording on all of their reports. How is that acceptable? I’m more mad at this car dealership than the hood rat who broke into my car. Take responsibility for your customers property and refresh yourselves on what customer service is. I would have to be pretty desperate to even consider going back to that joke of a service department. More
