My inlaws had great experiences with Steven over the years. I had service done a few times there and was very pleased. When we needed a new car, we ordered a new Highlander from them in late 2022. Have good sales rep and service has been fine. The only problem I have with Steven is that they added $2,000 to the sales price because I was not local. There is a Toyota dealership in Charlottesville where I live but I chose to travel 65 miles because I think Steven is a better dealership. But I still got charged $2,000. That is a croc..... More
