I have never been moved to write a review of a car dealership. From my first remote contact with Steven Toyota, I was given multiple reasons why I could NOT buy a car from them, e.g., a deposit would dealership. From my first remote contact with Steven Toyota, I was given multiple reasons why I could NOT buy a car from them, e.g., a deposit would not hold the car, they don't deliver outside a 30 mile radius, my request would be forwarded to Sales, etc., etc. Ultimately, the car I chose was sold out from under me despite all my efforts, including offering full price for the (used) car, sight unseen, paying an immediate deposit and working out the delivery issue myself. All of the above was clearly communicated to the salesman through phone calls and by text. All to no avail. Maybe new car buyers have a different experience, but I would NEVER return to Steven Toyota or recommend them to anyone I know or who is in this forum. More

Me montaron las 4 llantas nuevas y el precio que me dió el avisor era mentira ya puestas me cobró más.the technicians have to work more professionally for that one takes the cars to the dealer.They left the antifreeze tank empty and dirty. They should also clean it and do the job well and completely. and the Avisor give me the price 4 tires after Installation he change the price he lied to me. More
