Steven does an excellent job on service and we recommend all of our friends to take their vehicles there for service! When I decided to sell the truck a few weeks ago I knew what I wanted and stopped into Steven Toyota once again. I explained to my salesman Matt Milam the specific truck I wanted and they had to search to find one. I received a call from Cory Sodikoff the sales manager that evening at 8:00 that Matt had driven all the way to West Virginia and picked up the truck I wanted. The next day I stopped by to check it out and they had it all ready to test drive. Matt took the time to go over all the new features of the new truck...remember my old Tacoma was 13 years old and didn't have any of the new features and safety equipment the new trucks have so it was nice to have someone explain everything! After returning we talked price and it was the most painless negotiation I have ever experienced buying a car. Before I knew it Matt had swapped the tags from my old Tacoma and took care of everything. The guys were even nice enough to follow me home with my old truck so I didn't have to make a trip back and pick it up! I own a small business in Harrisonburg an know what it means to get good customer service, something rare these days. I love the fact that Steven Toyota is a family owned and operated local business.
