I scheduled an appointment for 0900 on a Saturday morning for an oil change and a car wash (previously purchased as part of a maintenance plan). I arrived on time with only a few (less than five) people in the waiting area ahead of me. Despite this, I still had to wait over an hour and a half for the oil change & car wash to be completed. And even still, the car wash left debris and dirty spots on the vehicle. A simple oil change and a car wash should not take 90 minutes to accomplish, particularly with an appointment first thing in the morning. Additionally, if it does, I would expect that the wash would be spotless. More

We went to Steven Toyota because we saw a listing for a 2009 Mazda Miata in Auto Trader. We knew exactly what we came for and just wanted to see what condition the car was in. Ron was very nice from the ge 2009 Mazda Miata in Auto Trader. We knew exactly what we came for and just wanted to see what condition the car was in. Ron was very nice from the get go and he was helpful to show us the car - inside/out. He noticed that we looked briefly at the white Mercedes convertible; he suggested we took it for a drive but we said this was not in our price range. We appreciated his offer but wanted to concentrate on the Mazda and he repected that. After our drive, we asked Ron if he could work the price. He came back with a listing of cars that were available at other dealers and compared the pricing on all vehicles. It just confirmed that the Mazdas are sought after and that the price of the car was right according to the market. Was lied to by sales manager and sales associate! I was told that my Mustang would not list for over $16500 and looked on internet and it is listed for over $18000. Mike told me the initial offer on my Mus told that my Mustang would not list for over $16500 and looked on internet and it is listed for over $18000. Mike told me the initial offer on my Mustang that they could do better and then came back and said sorry because they were losing money on the truck they were seliing. I know that there are 3 different nets that you work off of and you are not losing money! Than iwas told aftyer sale that they would try and get me a extra key and an owners manual for the truck. Have not heard a thing after 10 days! Any response has been after i have intiated the phone call. Will not deal with you guys again and will not recommend you to anyone! Dont care about car washes for free or oil changes that are free. Already been to Nissan in Staunton to get Owners manual and A second key will cost me $60. Sorry about the negative response but that is just how i feel. I felt like a guy from another country getting the run around. Sorry but never again! Scott Johnson More
