This was my second time using the dealership for service on an auto I purchased there. I scheduled an appointment for 0900 on a Saturday morning for an oil change and a car wash (previously purchased as part of a maintenance plan). I arrived on time with only a few (less than five) people in the waiting area ahead of me. Despite this, I still had to wait over an hour and a half for the oil change & car wash to be completed. And even still, the car wash left debris and dirty spots on the vehicle. A simple oil change and a car wash should not take 90 minutes to accomplish, particularly with an appointment first thing in the morning. Additionally, if it does, I would expect that the wash would be spotless. More
