He also took the time to show me through Steven Toyota's dealership to familiarize me with their service and parts departments procedures for setting up future service appointments. Steven Toyota is a great organization. No high pressure sales pitch, or annoying follow ups. They take their time to make sure you understand the features of the vehicle that you purchase and how their organization will support you after your purchase. I had a follow up appointment to have additional parts installed on my truck a week after the purchase. The Service/Parts Department extended the same courteous and professional attitude that I experienced when I purchased my truck. Steven Toyota is a top notch organization. I will continue to have my vehicle cared for by their Service department, and look forward to returning for those appointments. This had to be one of the easiest car purchases ever. We were met by Logan upon arriving at the lot. He allowed us to drive the vehicles we were interested in & showed us the car we ended up buying.
