I went to this dealer for the first time since I just recently moved to Harrisonburg. All I needed was to get a flat tire fixed. I initially brought my SUV in for the Auto Butler service. I had been thinking about finding a car with better gas mileage. While having my SUV serviced, my husband and I were looking at the used c service. I had been thinking about finding a car with better gas mileage. I asked him if Steven Toyota bought back their vehicles and he said "yes maam, we do." This immediately got my attention and I told him I was was looking for a nice used car with leather interior and better gas mileage. He showed us a very nice used car and gave us some history on this car. Needless to say, we worked out a very good deal, and I drove away very please within a couple of hours in my car. Every one of the employees that we met that day were very pleasant and informative. I also was impressed with the cleaniness of Steven Toyota. I have been to quite a few auto dealerhips, but Steven Toyota is my pick for sales and service.
