As soon as we started to look at some vehicles Taylor came out and greeted us very nicely and asked if he could show us anything or answer any questions. I was there for a free inspection that was part of the sales agreement. Unfortunately it did not pass inspection and we needed to takae it to a BMW place to correct the problem. Everyone we dealt with was professsional and attentive. I did not feel rushed and at the end of hours of talking and test driving I thought I would leave without a car. Then I asked if I could drive the usedcertified preowned toyota 4 runner one more time. Well maybe eyes were rolling but I never felt them and after my third test drive of that type of vehicle, one new and the certified pre-owned, I knew I had found, not only the car for me, but the dealership.
