The internet listing of a base model '11 Tacoma from Steven Toyota was just what I was looking for, and it was a Certified used car. From the moment of contact, every interaction was professional and to the point. I appreciated that the salesman, Bill Collins, did not try to sell me a different model and respected my needs. With an internet listing, there is no haggling over the price, so the closing went smoothly. It is the modern way to buy a car, and because I shop online all the time, the experience was perfect for my style of decision making. Everyone was friendly and personable, answered all of my questions, and made sure that I understood the advantages of the Certified program. Mike said the service would take an hour which it did. He listened to the complaint I was having with a tire.
