I bought a new 2013 Corolla. Originally I had gone to look at a used car but it was already sold. The staff was very friendly and informed me of all the rebates and deals that I was eligible for. John came out in the rain to ask if he could help me. I could really tell they wanted my business and wanted me to leave happy. They weren't pushy which was something I experienced at other Toyota dealerships. Every staff member was patient with me and gave me time to make my own decisions. Other dealerships treated me like I had no clue what I was doing but not here. They treated me exactly how I expected to be treated. I have family that has done business here because this is the place that gives the best deal. The customer service is exceptional and I plan on purchasing future cars through this dealership. Very upset about our experience with Logan. When we went to do all the paper work, he tried to slip extra warranties and costs into the price of our car without us noticing, or even asking us first. When I to do all the paper work, he tried to slip extra warranties and costs into the price of our car without us noticing, or even asking us first. When I asked him if we had to pay extra for the warranty he lied and said no. Later on I brought up the cost again, and he tried to slide around it and make it seem like we did not have to pay for it. Finally when the costs did not add up and I asked him again, he admitted that the warranty was an extra charge and it was being added onto our loan adding an additional $2,400!! I had him remove the warranty charge from the loan. We never said that we wanted a warranty, and he never asked if we would like to put an extra $2,400 on a loan for one. It was very shady. I would suggest you ask someone before you start charging them for something, especially when it is over $2,000!! Besides this, our experience with Steven Toyota was great. Everyone else was very helpful and friendly to work with. More
