When my husband and I came we had a lot of questions in our mind about what vehicle we really wanted. Dazz answered all our questions, helped us compare the pros and cons and took us out for multiple test our mind about what vehicle we really wanted. Dazz even let us know he would find vehicles from other dealers if need be. Purchased a used car from dealership. I also bought the gold service plan and was told by Logan and Bill several times that this covered the car bumper to bumper. They both even repeated bumper to bumper gold service plan and was told by Logan and Bill several times that this covered the car bumper to bumper. They both even repeated bumper to bumper warranty. First heated seat malfunctioned, Logan stated that it was covered under warranty, the sevice center said that it was not. I accepted this as a misunderstanding of Logans because he stated that what he meant by bumper to bumper was only on main parts of vehicle. When i took the vehicle in for routine service i wanted them to check the transmission because of shifitng problems. I was told from the service manager that the gold warranty did not cover the transmission. After trying for weeks and leaving messages for Logan to call me he never returned my call. I finally got in touch with Som and he cancelled the gold service plan instead of fixing the transmission. I still have not received a refund for the service plan. And it has been 8 weeks. More

My husband and I had firmly decided on a Prius and gone to another used dealer. While there we were frightened by some of the mechanical issues with the car...specifically the battery. We came to Steve to another used dealer. While there we were frightened by some of the mechanical issues with the car...specifically the battery. We came to Stevens Toyota to see if a Certified car could be any better or if we needed to make a decision about a difference brand of car. We were immediately greeted by DJ who was able to answer every single question we had or find it out for us. He was patient, he was funny and he made everything easy. As a female, I've often encountered sales people who treated me as if I didn't understand how a car works and it can be degrading. But DJ explained everything that I asked in a way that made me feel that HE believed me to be knowledgeable and that makes a HUGE difference when purchasing a car. But we went on a weekend after 2 pm and the financing department was closed. Bill did a great job of helping us feel assured that Toyota would get us into a car that we wanted and could afford. He gave us some great information about financing and options and then promised to follow up first thing Monday morning with the financing department. By noon that day we had a call back from him telling us we were approved! Due to the diligence of DJ and Bill and the finance department...we got the car we wanted at the price we wanted while still feeling like we were not only valued customers but repeat ones. I just hope DJ and Bill are still there when we get our next car because it WILL be from Steven Toyota. PS: Everyone stand and clap for DJ and Bill! YAY!!!! More

Stevens Toyota went to great lengths to help find me a new 2013 RAV 4. It had only been on the market for 2-3 weeks and they were able to find me the exact color and features as I had wanted within a few new 2013 RAV 4. They were very upfront with all of my payment options and actually found me a better deal by the time I came back in to pick up the car. Everyone was extremely helpful and courteous. From the service department to the showroom, every was very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. Even after I picked up my car, I received a handwritten thank you letter from the business development manager, calls from my salesman making sure everything was fine and finally I received a phone call from the general manager several days later again thanking me for my patronage. To say that I was satisfied was an understatement. I would no doubt recommend Stevens Toyota to anyone buying a used or new vehicle. More

But to my surprised they matched the quote given by auto dealer and i am very happy. Considering my situation they offered me to take the vehicle and come back next day for the same offer. We discovered the car we purchased on the internet sales inventory for Steven Toyota and decided to visit the dealership to investigate the car in person. He explained the driving details of the car to us and then we hit the road. We were very pleased with the way the car performed and decided to discuss purchasing. Greg asked us if we had any quesitons or concerns and he was very helpful with his responses. What impressed us most was how pleasant, courteous and friendly he was. In the past we have not always had great experiences with sales people, but Greg put us at ease and helped guide us carefully through the purchasing process, explaining everything clearly. We deeply appreciated the enthusiasm he projected on the whole purchase and would seek Greg out again if we ever return to purchase another car! This trip was a positive experience for us thanks to Greg! More

I was in the market of a Prius and was gathering information and prices from several dealers including CarMax. I found my Prius online and e-mailed Chelsea and scheduled a test drive. Steven Toyota and our salesman Ron had the best price from the start and was not pushy and/or high pressure deal now salesman. He was very knowledgeable about the Prius and was able to take a test drive that closely matched my daily commute. He realized that I was just gathering information on that first visit. After searching through all the inventory that CarMax had even out of Richmond, I could not find a Prius with the low mileage and the newest year at a fair price. I trust that the Maintenance Service plan will be beneficial and just as pleasant of an experience as the purchase. The only service that I was expecting and did not receive was a full tank of gas when I drove off the lot. More
