Ron Pleasant made an extra effort to search out the exact color exterior/interior I wanted, didn't try to oversell me on features I didn't want, just listened to me and worked with what I wanted. This Iis the third time I have purchased a vehicle from Steven Toyata and while the first two were excellent experiences, this time has to be rated the best of the best. In don't believe you will find a beter sales or finance staff anywhere, they were more than accommodating on the price and the finance Dept. found the best Rates too. If you are considering the purchase, then talk to these folks I think you will be happy you did. More
We came to Steven Toyota around 6:30 PM hoping to just test drive a 2013 Sienna and compare it with the Honda Odyssey that we had already test-driven a few weekends ago. When we arrived we were greeted in a friendly manner by Ron Pleasant (an appropriate last name given our personal experience with him) and upon hearing of our minivan need and desire to see the Siennas he took us directly to them. He asked us what we were looking for so he could direct us toward the more appropriate version (LE vs SE) for our needs--he listened intently and came to a determination that probably the LE was what we actually were interested in--it has just enough "bells and whistles" to be extremely convenient, but not so many as to make myself or my husband balk at "one more thing to break" (specifically my husband!). Ron let us take a spin (with his company) in a gray Sienna and we genuinely liked the vehicle more than the others we had driven prior. Since it was getting to be closer to 7:30/7:45 at this point (after some discussion) we said we would return the next day because we wanted him, and everyone else, to be able to head home for their Friday evenings. Ron insisted (politely) that if we really wanted the vehicle he was more than happy to stay past the usual closing of 8 PM to accommodate us. It was greatly appreciated. We spoke some with Carey about our trade-in and then dealt with Logan and Andrew for the financial side of things. Everyone was genuinely friendly, accommodating, and truly seemed accepting of the fact it was 9 PM by the time we were finishing paperwork (and after that before we left the lot with our new vehicle all prepped and ready)! The customer service on the parts of all 4 men we spoke with were excellent, and Ron's efforts to answer our questions and take care of us as well as prepping our brand new van to take home felt above and beyond what is necessary. Customer service, quality of work, and friendliness all get a 5 from us--we were VERY pleased. The financing deal, our trade-in value offer for my car, etc., all made this vehicle (and this dealership) the best value for our money thus I give "price" a 5 as well. Given our great experience it is only logical to give the 'overall experience' a 5. We will definitely recommend the dealership to others! Thank you again SO much for making our experience pleasant (no pun intended this time Ron, I swear!) and painless and giving us the opportunity to take home a vehicle that will really serve our needs without breaking our budget--and you should have seen how excited our kids were! I went on autotrader.com looking for a used car for around $10k and under. I found a Ford Fusion at you location. I arrived there on June the 8th and Chris approached me right after I pulled up and was extremely friendly and started showing me what I was looking for. I saw the Fusion after he showed me a couple of other cars and I told him that I was interested in that specific one. He gave me a quick tour of the premises and then took me on a test drive. I was interested in buying the car for my niece and she was at her High School graduation at the time. He was very patient while I was trying to coordinate with my family about where they would be after the graduation. He let me take the car to their location to allow my niece to see it which in my opinion was the selling point. If I had not been able to do that, I probably wouldn't have bought the car due to time restraints and the fact that I live in the D.C. Metro area. The day after I bought the car, my niece told me that the check engine light came on and it was shaking at certain speeds. I took it for a drive and noticed a rough idle and it was shaking at lower RPMs (right before a shift). My niece was schedule to take it back Monday the 10th of June to fix the rear drivers side tail light which had moisture in it. I called the dealership early Monday afternoon to see what my option were and kind of got the run around and finally was forwarded to Chris' office number which went to voice mail. I called my niece and she gave me Chris' cell phone number off of his business card. I called his cell and was leaving a message when he called me back. I explained the situation to him and he was very understanding and said he would do whatever he could to help her out when she brought the car in. When my niece arrived at the service center, they discovered that there was a cracked spark plug. Hopefully it was just a faulty one. She was told that since it was raining, it would be a better idea to repair the brake light at a later time. They told her to wait a couple of days, and if the moisture was still there after a couple of day with no rain, to bring it back in. I am going to have her bring it in regardless because it that is the case, it will just get moisture in it next time it rains or when it washed. Bottom line, Chris was outstanding and very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and seem very willing to word with me. If I come back there, I will ask for him. More

I told Jonathan that I was ready to buy a 2013 Prius Three, if the price was right. He answered all of my questions as we discussed the purchase. Jonathan and Brandon were very friendly and easy to talk to. I politely declined the service options being offered, and Jonathan did not push his sales pitch any further. My deal included a trade-in, so we chatted while it was being appraised. After the appraisal and dealer offer was presented for my review, the offer was more than my goal. I made a counter offer, and Jonathan took it to the sales manager. My counter-offer was accepted, and the deal was made. We completed the paperwork while the new Prius was prepared for delivery. Then Logan Bricker brought us into his office to review and sign the papers. Logan also offered the service options, but I declined. Logan did not push them any further. We signed the papers, and then took the car home. We were there about 2-3 hours from start to finish. It was an excellent experience. More

Absolutely Amazing! I walked in here for my first new car purchase. John was so helpful. I had no idea what the process was like. John walked me through everything. Steven Toyota is a great dealership with great customer service and sales expertise. When arriving at Steven Toyota I was helped within a matter of minutes. After a few minutes of looking and test drive I service and sales expertise. When arriving at Steven Toyota I was helped within a matter of minutes. When it came time to crunch the numbers they were straight to the point told me bottom line of the Tacoma and top line for my trade-in. Within an hour the deal was done.
