Oz did an excellent job of showing us the car and its features, letting us test drive, then setting the car up (filling up with gas, washing it, putting on the tags, etc.) after we bought it. I came in to take a look at new Toyotas. Bill Collins came up to me and introduced himself and offered to help me in any way he could. I explained that I was just looking and expected Bill to politely e came up to me and introduced himself and offered to help me in any way he could. Much to my surprise he showed me around the lot and took me inside to see the models there. He was well informed on the autos that he sells and especially took lots of time explaining about the hybrid models. Something I was very interested in and knew nothing about. He gave me information and prices for each of the smaller models of the hybrid. I had been to another dealership and as a single woman (without a male escort) was totally ignored. Needless to say, when I am ready to buy my new hybrid, Bill will be my salesman and I will recommend my friends to him as well. More
