I had a great overall experience at Steven Toyota. Mike was a friendly and sincere young man. He listened to our needs and directed us to the vehicles that may have met our needs. He remembered our daughter's name as we discussed buying the car for her and made great suggestions as to the purchase. Som directed the financial aspect of the sale and was very passionate about the products he presented. He also was low key in his approach but shared enough of his thoughts and experiences to inform us better. We have always appreciated the Steven Toyota dealership for their support and assistance through the past 11 years we have been in the Shenandoah Valley. We have never felt that we were cheated or "sold a bill of goods". We may not always make the best business deals since we are not real business people - but we have been very pleased with all the products we have purchased through this dealership. My friend and I came in on a Thursday and were treated with such respect and customer service. We made the salesmen aware that we wouldn't be able to seriously buy a car until the next day, but they still provided so much helpful information and let us test drive a few cars. This is the customer service we didn't receive at any other place in Harrisonburg...even after visiting six other dealerships! We were originally looking at an uncertified used car, but after learning about the amazing benefits of going certified, we bought a 2013 Corolla the next day! In terms of customer service and friendliness, we received both the moment we pulled onto the lot. Stacey Williams approached us with a friendly smile and went the extra mile to answer our questions. A bit later we met Ron Pleasants who answered questions with Mr. Williams and provided more insight. I had also chatted him online and he let me know they would be there for us. This drew me in right away, and the help we received from them brought us in the next day to purchase! We were able to see the quality of work that Steven Toyota puts into their cars when we saw the building where a car was getting cleaned. It was a used car that we were interested in, and after seeing the cleaning that goes into the used cars, I was impressed. We had looked into several used car dealerships before, and the cars looked grungy and unappealing. Great great work on the quality of work! The car we bought was clean, filled up on gas, and they even put our tags on for us. Awesome! In terms of rating price as a "5", the deal we got on our Corolla was amazing! The ticket price was set as $17,900 but we bought it at $15,818. The fact that this dealership tries to find the best deal for its customers was great! Everyone worked with us to allow our monthly payment to fit our budget, and they did everything they could to help us afford this car. Francisco Marroquin did a great job talking us through the paperwork and was super polite when we asked questions. He used his past experience to relate to us, which was very helpful through our decision process. Our overall experience gets a score of "5" because from the minute we stepped onto the lot, and the moment we left, we were 110% satisfied. Stacey Williams called later to make sure everything was going fine and that my mom was doing okay with the new transition. This was new territory for her since she hadn't bought a car in over 20 years, so his thoughtfulness was amazing. Logan Bricker was patient with us as we asked questions and was very thorough with his answers. The customer service is incredible at Steven Toyota. For example, we have dealt with the Ford company in Harrisonburg, VA for over seven years, but after visiting Steven Toyota will never be going back to Ford again. A friend who has stock in the Ford company has even had a change of heart after seeing how the men at Steven Toyota have treated us as opposed to Ford. The "welcome" feeling you get at Steven Toyota cannot be beat! Francisco Marroquin, Stacey Williams, and Logan Bricker made us aware constantly of the services Steven Toyota can provide for us and encouraged us to take advantage of them. This was the best experience we could have had considering the stress we had been through with worrying about finding a car. We will be recommending this dealership to everyone we know! More
