Best Car Buying Experience EVER, Thanks to Greg C.! My husband and I came in two weeks ago to look at 2015 Ford Edge that had been on the lot less than 48 hours. We showed up 30 minutes before closing o My husband and I came in two weeks ago to look at 2015 Ford Edge that had been on the lot less than 48 hours. We showed up 30 minutes before closing on a Friday night, so we were worried that we were "pushing our luck" on time. However Greg (Courville) greeted us at the front door and it was all perfect from there on out. Greg stayed until almost 9PM to "crunch numbers" with us, answer all questions, and deliver nothing but the best customer service. Greg has went above and his job duties, even texting us to make sure everything is going great with our new family vehicle. We have had poor experiences with other dealers in the past, but Greg blew all of that out of the water - there are not enough words to describe his exceptional level of service, attention to detail, and his desire for customer satisfaction. Most importantly, he is a "people person," caring not just about the transaction but the individuals he is working with (even talking to our one year old :) ) If you are looking for a great sales person but an even better "person" overall, Greg is definitely the right choice.
