I had spent a lot of time online looking a vehicles, Carey Knicely, Hillary and Ashton did a FANTASTIC job of fielding my questions and really narrowing down my search. When I got there about 1.5 hours before closing I was met by Xavier Gates who was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We picked the car, had my car appraised and was in the finance area all before 8! Logan Bricker was fantastic as well, very informative and helpful. I would highly recommend the team here at Steven. The sales consultant who helped me was exceedingly polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. I located vehicles of interest to me on the website, went to the dealer, and asked to test drive them. The vehicles were very dirty and had not been detailed prior to being offered for sale. This is a very basic thing and not a good reflection of the dealer and management, in my opinion. Small details such as this give me less confidence to buy. The other comment I have in regards to management is the lack of staffing in the finance dept. One person was doing all loan and payment processing for the day, which created a bottleneck and resulted in a longer wait than necessary. If you decide to shop here, see Dennis. He made sure that I had a pleasant experience despite various challenges. More
