I drove almost 2 hours away to purchase my vehicle from Jonathan Irvine. I have been apprehensive about purchasing vehicles from Dealerships in the past, for two reasons: 1) I worked at a dealership before. and 2) Salesmen have a bad reputation of selling customers vehicles solely to meet their sales quota, without any regard to the customer's needs, wants, and budget. Jonathan listened to what I needed, wanted, and could afford. He was thorough, knowledgeable, even told me the pros and cons of my vehicle. Despite his personal feelings and opinions, his listened and helped me make a smart decision on my vehicle. My apprehensions were washed away and he made my car buying experience a triple "A" rated experience! Thank you Jonathan for your service and thank you Steven Toyota for earning a lifetime customer!
