ROBERT Pendleton IS AMAZING! Let me clear that up, he's the only reason I went back and got the vehicle. Low score has nothing to do with my sales person,, he was great! I went in to buy a car, fou the only reason I went back and got the vehicle. Low score has nothing to do with my sales person,, he was great! I went in to buy a car, found the vehicle i liked and applied for financing. Waited for a long time due to my credit challenges. Was told I was approved, but they couldn't sell the vehicle low as the lender wanted to. No biggie, ill do cash. Was told I had first rights and no one else can buy it until I say i dont want it. I was waiting for approval from my wife ( we know how that goes haha) after 20 minutes when I was told I could buy it from my wife I went and told them I would like to buy it. To my surprise they said sorry, they already sold it. They were writing up the other buyers now. Got a call later that evening that the sale fell through, and if I was still interested I can come by. ONLY reason I went back was because Robert was so nice and spent 4 hours with me trying so hard to help me. Got back and was told i could pay with my card 4 times ( my bank has daily spending limits) for the agreed price (which they didnt even offer to help me for the first inconvenience) then the vehicle will be delivered next day. Next day comes around. I hear nothing from the dealer. I call multiple times and keeps going to there voice mails. From 10am-6pm calling and no one answers my calls. Finally I get a manager who helps me. But, come to find out I cant get the vehicle that day because parts are needed. Cool. Life happens. But now I'm told I can't use my card to pay because it "cost them to much in fees" to use my card. Also, had a flyer for a free tank of gas, that apparently means $20. Which they may not even honor. Vehicle finally gets delivered. Low and behold has a rejection sticker.( and I even specifically asked before I signed everything if it fails can yall fix issue, manager immediately went into quoting some laws wont return , but since they're local dealer they wanna help community and have repeat business so they'll help fix)Says failed for suslension, and the parts the ordered didn't fix the problem. The reason they held extra day. The managers are a joke, said they'll give me my money back, but I'm willing to bet they won't. They'll come up with an excuse. I will be contacting attorneys and leaving negative reviews everywhere I can if I don't receive back every dime I gave them. So over all terrible experience, but Robert Pendleton and Tony are nice and helpful. So thank you Robert and Tony, everyone else please work on your customer service skills and not lie to peoples faces. More

Disappointed I’ve been a customer before and Zack is an absolutely amazing sales professional. He deserves five stars! The rest of the experience this time was not good. The advertising on the website, bad credit/ no down payment and some car info, was inaccurate. When my elderly retired mother tried to inquire about financing of certain vehicles she was cut off and told they didn’t qualify or she needed near perfect credit to get those (inexpensive) vehicles financed. We are from out of town so we purposely did everything, including the finance applications, the day before we drove up so it would be a quick experience. After all the back and forth with the finance team we were there for over 5hrs. The icing on the “aweful cake” was Tony who introduced himself as the finance manager. He was INCREDIBLY rude to my mother. He slung a piece of paper across the desk at her when she asked about how the final documents were written up , and then said “Are you listening to me” like she was a 6yr old being scolded. She was so upset and rattled that she said she didn’t want the car anymore. If we weren’t on a time restraint, we would have left and bought from another place. Tony’s behavior and attitude almost cost them a sale, and it HAS cost them future sales as I don’t plan on going back to get my SUV now. More

The people there are extremely polite, and try to help find a car that suits you, but is also in your price range. I would absolutely recommend stopping by if you’re looking for a new/used car. More
Bad Used Car Experience I purchased a used 2016 Honda Odyssey from this location. The car exhibited an issue with the door latches the day after purchase. The sales manager I purchased a used 2016 Honda Odyssey from this location. The car exhibited an issue with the door latches the day after purchase. The sales manager Mike said he "couldn't absorb the cost" of repairing the doors. After being brushed off by him and getting in touch with the owner we settled on a deal to get them repaired (but not free). Lots of employees standing around and no communication between the sales team and service office. Since then this vehicle has been nothing but problems (transmission, radiator, springs, steering column). I'm disappointed in the entire purchase and the conduct of the staff, especially the sales manager. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
