ROBERT Pendleton IS AMAZING! Let me clear that up, he's the only reason I went back and got the vehicle. Low score has nothing to do with my sales person,, he was great! I went in to buy a car, fou the only reason I went back and got the vehicle. Low score has nothing to do with my sales person,, he was great! I went in to buy a car, found the vehicle i liked and applied for financing. Waited for a long time due to my credit challenges. Was told I was approved, but they couldn't sell the vehicle low as the lender wanted to. No biggie, ill do cash. Was told I had first rights and no one else can buy it until I say i dont want it. I was waiting for approval from my wife ( we know how that goes haha) after 20 minutes when I was told I could buy it from my wife I went and told them I would like to buy it. To my surprise they said sorry, they already sold it. They were writing up the other buyers now. Got a call later that evening that the sale fell through, and if I was still interested I can come by. ONLY reason I went back was because Robert was so nice and spent 4 hours with me trying so hard to help me. Got back and was told i could pay with my card 4 times ( my bank has daily spending limits) for the agreed price (which they didnt even offer to help me for the first inconvenience) then the vehicle will be delivered next day. Next day comes around. I hear nothing from the dealer. I call multiple times and keeps going to there voice mails. From 10am-6pm calling and no one answers my calls. Finally I get a manager who helps me. But, come to find out I cant get the vehicle that day because parts are needed. Cool. Life happens. But now I'm told I can't use my card to pay because it "cost them to much in fees" to use my card. Also, had a flyer for a free tank of gas, that apparently means $20. Which they may not even honor. Vehicle finally gets delivered. Low and behold has a rejection sticker.( and I even specifically asked before I signed everything if it fails can yall fix issue, manager immediately went into quoting some laws wont return , but since they're local dealer they wanna help community and have repeat business so they'll help fix)Says failed for suslension, and the parts the ordered didn't fix the problem. The reason they held extra day. The managers are a joke, said they'll give me my money back, but I'm willing to bet they won't. They'll come up with an excuse. I will be contacting attorneys and leaving negative reviews everywhere I can if I don't receive back every dime I gave them. So over all terrible experience, but Robert Pendleton and Tony are nice and helpful. So thank you Robert and Tony, everyone else please work on your customer service skills and not lie to peoples faces. More
