I recently visited Steven Kia and was fortunate enough to have a wonderful Salesman by the name of Ricardo. From beginning to end he was very friendly,knowledgable and willing to assist me with my every ques have a wonderful Salesman by the name of Ricardo. From beginning to end he was very friendly,knowledgable and willing to assist me with my every question and concern with a smile on his face. Most salesman/dealerships are "pushey" from the get go in trying to make you purchase something that you don't want or need and I don't feel that is the experience I had with Ricardo. I specialize in energy efficient computing (Green IT), so it is important for me to have a hybrid vehicle. For the last two years I did not like anything on the market until now. I saw a commercial of the Kia Optima Hybrid, and had to have one. I looked for a dealership outside of the DC metropolitan area to get a better price. I worked with Ricardo Raymond over the phone and through the internet for a couple weeks. I drove 2 hours down to Harrisonburg from Ashburn. When I got there, they had everything ready. The car was better in person. They had me in and out of there really fast. The drive back was awesome! Ricardo Raymond made sure that all the typical headaches that occur during a car sale, were eliminated. When buying this car I feel like they sales man was very deceptive. I tried to leave several times and instead of letting me think about it and do some research, he intentionally did not want me to leave. K deceptive. Knowing that if I did research and found out that he was not accually giving me a good deal. Then I thought I was paying one price and on the papers when I got home it was another price. I thought he was totally wrong acting like he was doing me a favor and all along was being deceitful. I will not recommend anyone and if anyone ask I will not give Steven Kia or Ricardo Raymond a good or even ok review. If I could take the car back I defenitly would. Not because I don't like the car, but because I paid too much for the type of vehical and payment that I got. More

I had been looking to purchase a new car and stopped by Steven KIA as a potential option. I was met by Chris Payne on the lot who was able to thoroughly explain to me all of the features and benefits of ea Steven KIA as a potential option. He was very patient with me as I am not one to make a quick decision and my kids were continually needing my attention. After having been to another KIA down the road and not experiencing the quality service that I was at Steven KIA, I was willing to give my business to Steven KIA. Chris was very helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. He even followed up with me a week later to make sure everything was still doin fine! I also worked with the finance manager, Jake Sodikoff, during my transaction. He really seemed to have my best interest in mind and showed me the leasing me car would be the best option. I was impressed by his knowledge, professionalism and customer service skills. He is also a great dresser. I think that as good of an experience as buying a car can be... this was the best. The salesman (Mr Raymond) was kind of off-putting. We went in and up front explained we didnt have the best credit. He acted like helping us was a waste of his time. Initially he tried to put us in a vehicle that I'm not sure a first time buyer/teenager would be willing to drive, much less a 38yr old woman with 2 kids. After we explained that we were not going to spend that kind of money on a car that didnt even have power locks, he did finally manage to put us in a car we liked. The process took HOURS. We were at this dealership for 5 hours before we were able to go home with a car. Throughout the process he really did not seem to care much about US at all.. it was almost like he was doing us this big favor by selling us a car. Several times throughout the day we discussed going somewhere else. I have since attempted to contact Mr Raymond to find out about a couple of things he had told us we could have done but he has yet to return an email or phone call. Now, that being said... when it came to dealing with the finance department, Jake Sodikoff was a joy. He was super friendly and really seemed happy to have us there. He stayed in touch with me as we finalized the whole deal. When we had to go back to the dealership to finish up some paperwork, he was still, super friendly. I have no issues dealing with him and would happily work with him again. Too bad he couldnt have been the salesman also. More

So i called because the dealership never called me to tell me my part was in for my car which is under warranty. They said it was in. Made my appt. Drove an hour and a half. Got there, they did not walk tell me my part was in for my car which is under warranty. They said it was in. Made my appt. Drove an hour and a half. Got there, they did not walk around my car like they previously had done. Had 2 things that needed to be done . Update spare car key & replace driver seat cover with a new one. Car is under a year old & it(seat)was already freying around the mesh part mesh mostly leather. Anyhow, so they say the part is in , may take a couple of hours. After an hour or so, service man comes back tells me he has bad news. The part is in but for the passenger side. Not gonna work for the drivers side at all. Told me he ordered for driver but they sent passenger. So part was to be reordered. Anyhow, this is the 2nd time I will bringing my car back for a 2nd attempt to have it repaired. PS. In Dec. & Feb. car was brought back for a similar incident with another type repair with the warning light. Warning light was fixed twice. I also noticed when I had my oil changed that they did not reset the oil guage in the car. Makes me wonder if they know what they are doing. More
