My experience at Steven Kia was outstanding. My old car was wonderful, and I wasn't that excited about making a change. However, I needed more hauling capacity and wanted more money in my wallet at the end was wonderful, and I wasn't that excited about making a change. Both employees i worked with were great. The sale was pretty much smooth except for a little glitch in the paper work. I would recommend them for sure. We drove 1 1/2 hours to look at a car we saw online. We get there and Jake takes us to look at the car at Steven Toyota. It was okay. We test drove a Ford truck. I rated good because the parts were not pre-ordered for my appointment even though it is under warranty.
