Serious lack of customer service here Dropped by to look at a car I found online for sale - walked the lot for about 15 min with my son. Never saw a person - which I was actually a little Dropped by to look at a car I found online for sale - walked the lot for about 15 min with my son. Never saw a person - which I was actually a little thankful for as car salesmen are usually in your face the second you close your car door. Found a few we were interested in. Walked in and there was one man working that I saw, asked what we needed. Asked to take a look at Car #1 - was told "Sorry, someone put a deposit on that one. " Ok - what about Car #2. He basically tossed me the key and shooed me out. This car had NO BRAKES! Dodge Avenger - had to press the brake pedal all the way to the floor for it to SLOWLY stop. Brought it back and told him and his reply was, "Oh, I'll look into it." Sketchy. More
