We took our car in for its required service, the only problem was it was past its 2 year free service by about 2 months. We were unaware that it was a two year limit and thought it was for a certain num problem was it was past its 2 year free service by about 2 months. We were unaware that it was a two year limit and thought it was for a certain number of services. Talked with the service manager and explained our confusion and our mistake. He understood and granted us the service. The service people are simply wonderful.. They are quick, efficient and extremely polite. We will be back, thank you for your service. More

I was able to get an appointment for service the next day when by normal dealer wouldn't even try to work with me to get me in any sooner than 1 month out. Last couple of days the phone in my Tundra went wonky on me. Thought at first it was my personal phone but Verizon told me it was not the phone(turns out it was) so what to do? Best idea I've has in some time popped into my head. Stop by and see my friends at HomeTown Toyota. Explained the problem to Jr. he without hesitation said he knew just the guy to talk to. Out comes Cameron and within minutes he figured out the problem. everything back to normal. Here's to a job well done with a smile . Thanks guys have never had a bad minute at this dealership .
